honestly, it is super ez for bandai to build it in record time. it takes them very little time to engineer gundam models... so some diecast is not going to slow them down... They have whole departments that do nothing but draw parts on cad to produce these. Its just a matter of the higher ups deciding if daimos is in the works...

Daimos is pretty much a certainty, but there's no way we can know whether it'll come this year or 4 years down the road. There is always that factor of leaving some of the most highly anticipated stuff for last. The same thing applies with Raideen. In the meantime they can try to draw in new fans to the series with experiments like BF robo, Xabungle and the this new subline with the eva and layzner.

umm I think Nonaka Tsuyoshi is the main guy designing SOC toys for Bandai. Maybe he is overloaded with work and requests and hasn't gotten to Daimos. I don't think it is all that easy for a new toy to hit the market.

We just got a new dvd player. Thank God, this one plays my Daimos DVD. I've had it for half a year now (my sister got it from the Philippines). Lots of memories are rushing in. I can't wait for the SOC version!
