Is this really out or still merely on preorder? Does anyone have an online store link?

I bought the SOC GX-11MAM Dianan A Marine Blue Mermaid. The Mazinger Angels manga series has concluded, so I suppose this is the last of the SOC Mazinger Angels. However, I wonder if Bandai will release the Mazinger Angels Hanger Base. Other than the color, attachments, and Marine Blue Mobil, I'd say this GX-11MAM is very much similar to the regular Mazinger Angels Dianan A. I think the eyes are too dark, but it could just be my camera. I'll have to stand this Marine Blue Mermaid with the regular Mazinger Angels Dianan A for comparison. The tips of the spear can be detached and inserted onto the chest to form another kind of O.P.M. (oppai missile). The fins on the lower legs are removable. Marine Blue MobilThe cockpit is translucent blue. The tail of the Marine Blue Mobil has individual joints for each of the 6 sections. All in all, I think the only reason to buy this GX-11MAM is to complete the rest of your SOC Mazinger Angels. Okay, Bandai... just melt the molds to make other Mazinger Z related toys.

Nice review! I have both original Diana and the first MA Diana and it's funny what a difference the chrome paintjob makes... I love the shade of blue on the MA version. This newest version looks great too. The clear blue parts on Mermaid Diana look cool! (And I love the new ...er... "Marine Blue Mobil.")

I got mine yesterday and I like it. I only wish it wasn't a mail-order exclusive, as the new parts and paintjob doesn't really justify the extra cost over a regular Mazinger Angel Diana. That said, it looks really great. My only gripe about it would be how easy the "calf-fins" fall appart. They don't fall off when the figure's on display, but it's easy snap them off when you manipulate it. (And you know you want to. Oh yesss, you do.) And the stand arm extention for flight (or swimming) poses is a fine, simple extra. PS: The colors are really as deep as on the pictures ICC posted: Roboto's photos are a bit on the light side. (It doesn't mean they don't look great, though. Thanks for sharing them.)

Man that's a nice looking figure. It looks like it belongs next to some Swarovski. ;D

I also got mine a few days ago, too. The colors do actually look lighter (teal green?) under the right lighting--I checked it out under about 6:00 pm natural light ('bout an hour and a half before sunset) and did a side-by-side with the other Diana Angel. It's definately a lighter shade. Also, the dark eyes really stick out if the face catches some light. I'm not sure what kind of artificial lighting you'd need to get that effect, though.
With the right poses (and the staff) this angel has got the potential to be a real eye-catching beauty. My only gripe is that the stand isn't adjustable. I'm gonna have to jury-rig something to support her in the pose I want.
Despite that flaw I'm really glad I got her. She's a real beauty!

Actually...it's not "teal green"--it's medium blue. It's definately lighter than the previous Diana, though. I must've been mesmerized by Roboto's pictures when I made that comment. ;D

It's aqua blue. Makes sense, for a mermaid.

Here's a comparison with the original Maz Angel Dianan A A Simple parts Swap with the other exclusives/ Powered-up versions Whew, I'm glad this will be the last of the Mazinger Angels. Hope Bandai doesn't come out with another exclusive repaint for a while. Gold
