Forget the crystal, I want to get that Stone like ground base they preview in the sept 2009 issue of Dengeki Hobby with the extra gun blast plastic for Aussenseiter add on. I read that article, it actually talks about making your GX-46 more fun by making the stone base and the special gun blast plastic with materials you can buy from supplies stores, don't think it's gonna be an actual product. Sorry for bursting your bubble!

I just look at the magazine, can't read it so don't know that it was not an official bandai release.

I know that my spouse just got me this for Christmas. How excited am I? I will have two other under the tree: Big O and Tekkaman. What more can I guy want. Okay, an extra Ikea glass shelf because my 2 are spewing with robots. No real estate. Okay, I guess that I could have worse dilemmas. First world problems...

The review as great! It help to convince me not to buy. Too many parts swopping and the big holes in the middle of the horse is a downer. Transforming from crappy horse to marginal horse sold me.

I love mine and honestly the only parts swapping is the legs and head in horse mode but man there is just a ton of stuff for this SOC. Plus once you have it all transformed and set up it is a fantastic display piece, a true masterpiece and the size will startle you. I don't know if it's a must buy at $300 but for $200 at Angolz you can't beat it. So if you look at it that way and hundred bucks per figure isn't bad and the figures themselves are excellent.

cool dual weilding everthing!! should of made a two headed horse some how lol.
You could of got the set for under 200 when hlj had thier sell, plus free shipping too.
I finally got my over the weekend.
I must say I am kind dissappointed. I mean i read reviews of the limited articulation in the legs but damn!! Why the hell cant Dygenguar lift his fee up at all and Aussenseiter cant barely move to the side. I cant see why they couldnt of added vertical and horizontal movement in either figures legs especially Dygengaur's!! At least dygengaur can still be posed dynamically, but aussenseiter just looks like a static block......... I would of loved to be able to reporduce the animated picture that is on the box and instruction manual. I think for how much these costs we could of had some better leg movement..... other then that the figures are very solid, full of diecast, and pretty sweet looking despite the limitations.

Dygenguar's legs are a bit tricky to figure out, and yes out of the box he has no forward and backward movement in his hips, BUT, if you follow the directions to put him in "rider mode", this rearranges the multitude of joints in his hips to give him full articulation. It's a kind of odd design, but when arranged correctly he will have all the articulation you would expect.

I guess I should fully explore my figures before I comment on them. I was so put off by omission that i really didnt bother with the figure much. Ill have to play around with it tonight!! still nothing to do about Aussenseiter though..

still nothing to do about Aussenseiter though.. Other than turn him into a horse and revel in his majesty? But yeah. The base figure isn't much to write home about. Pferd mode is definitely the preferred mode.

Should of got it when angolz had it for 200 roughly 250 shipped. This is my TOTY, and I spend a lot this year on not just Gokins but figures. You can check the reviews here at collectiondx for the metal content. But it's got enough metal and metal where there needs to be metal. www.collectiondx.com/review/chogokin/dygenguar_aussenseiter

For it to stand better?

Hey guys just got mine yesterday & I was just wondering, what are those two little clips for on Dygenguar's feet? For it to stand better? They're just part of the original design, sort of like the little grabby hooks on the bottom of the feet of the Nu Gundam or Sazabi. They have absolutely zero toy function other than accuracy.
