Age (only if you don't mind): 24 Areas of Robot Interest:Power Rangers (just the DX mecha), Diaclone, 1984-5 Transformers, GoDaiKin, general Popy How many years collecting?: 5 years for TF, 3 years for Diaclone, less than a year for the rest. Favorite item in collection: Changes by the day. a complete Diaclone Fortress X is my most impressive. How'd you get started?: Lost all my toys as a kid and always missed them. My mother started on ebay in 1998 and asked me what one item I wanted and she'd get it for me. I thought of Optimus Prime, and that started my Transformers collecting. From there, it logically led to Brave (though I didn't really stick with it) and (of course) Diaclone. I eventually picked up just about all the toys I wanted from those series and started looking for whatever else was out there. I found an incorrectly listed (somewhat incomplete) GoDaiKin SX Biodragon on ebay for $10 one day and fell in love with it instantly. This led me to GoDaiKin, Chogokin, and Sentai in general. Two lucky $10 auctions for Power Rangers Rescue and Astro Megazords got me on a Bandai kick, as well. Now I hardly ever buy Transformers (except for the new reissues), and all my money goes to the other toy lines. Funny, isn't it? What non-robot toys do you collect?:Starcom, Bionic Six, Star Wars, Super Powers, Secret Wars, Marvel and X-Men from the early 1990s. I've completed my Bionic Six collection, and am now most aggressively working on Starcom.

TEXT 33 (old!) hehehe TEXT Super Robots (yey!) Macross and Gundams. Some EVA too. TEXT Since June 2002 Favorite item in collection: May GX-01R Mazinger Z and Godaikin Daimos DX TEXT It all of course originated from love of Anime My most beloved is Voltes V. Had gokin toys as a kid then lost all of them But then I started to collect toys and kits as an adult when I built a kit of Mazinger Z, a 1/144 scale kit from Bandai. I never knew somethig like it existed until I saw one at an acquaintance's toy store. ( I was buying Auldey R/Cs from him then). A little later I discovered HLJ from a friend at work, asked my bestfriend to let me use one of his CCs and there my collection grew! What non-robot toys do you collect?: I also collect a few die cast cars, a few RCs and some LOTR figures

Heh.. I got mine as a fluke - it was a mislabeled auction. These are extremely limited, short-run pieces. There are 3 versions - color, black and gold. The black and gold are available at ToyEast: Gold www.toyeast.com/proddetail2.asp?pdtid=TGG01Gblack www.toyeast.com/proddetail2.asp?pdtid=TGG01Bgood luck at finding a color one. I've only seen one or two ever up for auction. Someone once told me that they are limited to 50 pcs each but i think it may have been 500. (error in translation)
