Okay, you're handed $500 and are given the opportunity to time travel to any one time period in the past and do toy shopping there for the day. It has to be the same toy stores in the same states and countries that you're in today, but WHEN do you choose to go? Me, I'm going back to August 1984. Toy stores are begining to restock for the upcoming holiday season, so some great original Diecast Transformers and Voltron toys are on the shelves, as well as Super Powers and Secret Wars figures and vehicles. But in addition, they're running clearance specials on all these overstocked unheard of toy lines that just aren't selling, including Diakron and GoDaiKin. I just might buy a hundred

Wuhhhh! !! I've NEVER heard that one Josh. -snif- Oh to have that luxury -snif-. ******************** I think I would go to Japanese and Hong Kong collector shops around 1982. That was when the collector robot prices were low and inventory was HIGH. Hmmm, how about a few T-28's some Clover some Bullmark..... all for cheap To be honest though, it has always been hard FINDING these toys. They used to sell out and NO-ONE ever knew where to get them again.....until the internet.
