I just got my GGG CM corp. Its ok - not bad feels a bit light and I can't get over the fact that the arms "train" don't have a locking mechanism to hold it in place it keeps sliding from left to right. I still haven't decided whether I got jipped or not. I paid $200CAN for it not sure its actually worth that. i don't know it just doesn't feel "expensive" with its die-cast defficiency. I've always wanted a transforming GGG since a saw a center fold model of it in Hobby Japan and I guess now I have one. This was more of an impulse buy for me I wasn't planning on buying this but I saw the huge box and passed on PX-01 in favor of this I'm not totally disappointed just mildly.

From what I've heard it seems the CM GGG is a good toy just not a great one. I think I'll wait for the MaxFactory GGG, it may not Gattai, but it will weigh almost a kilo of diecast goodness.

Thanks for those pics Tim: NOW I want to run out and get one! Nothing like the classic Scopedog to be sure.

Well, approximately 1 month Later and WAH-LAH!!!!
I broke down and bought the little (?!) guy from Hobby-Link (yeah... a little on the pricey side from them, but with my order they had great coms!).
Lessee... where does one start? All the above reviews are extremely accurate. This is beautiful rendering of the mecha from the show. Although I haven't and probably won't put the marking decals on.
I've got him posed next to an old Takara Scopedog I found on ebay for scale.
The articulation is perfect, if you ask me, and the fact that there is a lot of plastic doesn't scare me much. I was worried about some of the pieces that seemed lose until I looked in the instruction manual, and DUH they are supposed to be for exposing internal mechanisms.
I had found a web-vendor that had the Chirico figure... but stupidly lost the address (ah well... so it goes).
The crazy part of me wants another one (these things ALWAYS go well in pairs).
Does anyone know if they are making the backpack or round-mover system for it?
Anyways... I'm in LERVE (for now... until my Sword Impulse arrive... MUWAHAHAHAHAHA).

I pre-ordered mine, and after seeing the pics I'm happy I did.... kinda wish I had gotten a better price in the end but serves me right for not shopping around.
