The builder is actually an RJ member, I forgot his name. He posted those pics in the fan works section a few years ago... it's too bad that the thread seems to have disappeared...

For anyone that might be interested, if you need plastic set pieces that look like they would be in an industrial hangar bay, check out your local rebar and concrete/ foundation specialty supplies stores. It will be well worth your while. Pretty much to SOC scale too.

Yes, these were done by a fellow RJ-er. Insanely awesome work, no question. I think he posted them in the Art section sometime last year, but we lost all the old posts there during the last major forum update. If he's still around, I hope he posts again so he gets credit for his phenomenal work. Maybe he has done more! ;D

The customizer who made these bases was MisterICs, I think the original thread was posted in the "Break Time" section in 2003-2004, I can't seem to find it though Gold

So this guy totally inspired me.
I have been hard at work building NERV, had to kick my roommate out, place is fuqing huge even at toy size the place is massive. Besides breaching the powerlines and breaking a traffic signal accross the street things are rollin smooth baby. I'm just so tired of digging....))::

It used to be in the GALLERY section, but I can't seem to get a fix on it either.
It may have been deleted or lost when RJ underwent the update.
