This is it my fellow robot collectors, the TOTY 2007 FINAL VOTE! Because of a tie in the primary vote we have six contenders for the Under $100 vote. We know that many of you do not have all or any of the figures listed above, but please vote for whatever you feel deserves your TOTY 2007 vote, whether you own it or not. Vote wisely!

Megatron is nice but for me Skywarp beats him on the wow factor.

I went with Megatron too, mainly for its sheer complexity. Its definitely not the most playable toy and has some minor QC issues. But can't say I have a transforming toy thats quite up to that level of complexity & engineering thats under $100, while being a very iconic character as well. Not that often I would vote for a TF, but the Meg got me this time.

Skywarp gets my vote...runner-up would be Dragonar.

Well, strictly considered, MP SS is not a new toy for 07... and as for Megs, my toy was too easily damaged around the plastic clips for the tops of the handgrips. Megs just didn't impress the way MP OP did. Guess the TOMY merger really took something out of Takara (like a ton of diecast + change).
So... for really affordable fun that's well done, it's gotta be Dragonar for me. Let the era of Okawara Real Robot toys continue for 1000 years.. BANZAI!

Megs gets my vote. In fact, it was a good thing for the lack of die-cast. Mainly affordability and paint chipping.

Wow! MP Meg is making a come back too! This is looking to be a very close match. Very interesting.
Black Getter is cool, but not TOTY for me. Like other Revoltechs, they are mighty cool, and very affordable. But for a TOTY voting, I'll pick something that has more features or something more complicated, even if it cost more.
I heard Dragonar is really good. I never got one, so can't tell for sure. But if the reviews are correct, it does strike a good balance on being diecast, has fun features, and affordable enough.

I really had no intention of voting, but since the Black Getter was only 1 vote shy, I had to tie it up at 18. This is a great figure!!

Ok dudes, TOTY 2007 is over! Who would have guessed a tie between figures with so much variation in size, structure and price? But both Masterpiece Megs and Revoltech Black Getter Ryoma are very worthy figures each in their own awesome respects.
