Heh. I've loved the Hazel Custom design ever since seeing the prto pictures on 1999.co.jp but never got around to buying it. When my friend told me he was going to excel I asked him to get it for me. Thanks for the links.

I recently got Hazel Custom via a friend who went to Excel in London a few weeks back. I know they don't appear in any anime series. But is there a specific story given to them? Since I dont read japanese and know only a bit about chinese I couldnt get much information out of the information it gives in the instructions. So is there any story to these guys who looks so much like Gundam MKIIs apart from the fact that on the back of the box theres a arrow leading Hazel to MKII that reads rivals.

Colchester, UK. Actually they are around the same price. Though I got some Gundam Fix Figuration figures for slightly cheaper than I saw online.
I bought the Zeta because it was zeta (I love this mech) and its actually not bad. Much better than the RX78-2 model. But why is the white kind of greenish? It was like this with the 1/144 transformable ZZ Gundam that I bought from a shop in london.

Its just the fact that when I think about models made back then I always remembered the quality was absolutely crap. For a MG, the gundam was horrible. I wish I knew there was a 1.5 and OYW version of gundam before I bought it.

Just wondering whether it's any good? I dont want to buy from the internet cause the prices shoot up because of p&p so I normally buy from the local shops. Only when its something I REALLY want would I buy it online (Masterpiece Great Exkaiser, CM's Great Raijinoh). Recently I saw a MG zeta made in 1996. If I recall 1996 was when Gundam Wing/Gundam X was made and the materials they used back then was quite bad compared to todays standards. I also accidentally bought a MG Gundam made in 1995 and was soerly disappointed (crappy head, loose joints etc.) Is the Zeta any better? I'm wondering more about the look than loose joints since that can be fixed.

Yep. Bought the Titans version and loving it. Don't like the lace thing though. Hard to get into the tubes.

I see. Thanks. Didn't know AEUG had a base. I was wondering about why it had a bigger box though it doesnt seem worth it to pay £10 more just for a base and alternate colouring. thanks anyway.

I recently saw the AEUG and the Titans versions in my local Ace Comics and they look cool. One thing bugging me is that the AEUG version was price £38.99 while the Titans was priced at £27.99. I checked HLJ and the AEUG was 4000 yen while the Titans was 3500 yen. Why is it priced this way???

I collect them (on and off really, used to have a store in London China Town which sold them but seems to have closed now or they've just moved store to hide from me ). I started collecting them WAY back in 1993 or something like that when I lived in Hong Kong. They dont have much in the UK (some of the american versions have been showing up in some shops that sells slightly older toys). Havent been into SDs for a while but I saw Kokuryu at Ace comics and decided to buy it. Now I see loads of new SDs on the internet whispering to my ears 'buy me.....'. God, I need sleep.

Will they be sold seperately? Or will it include both parts? And I agree with you Bazookafied. Can't tell but is it gonna be chrome or not?

I find that the heads are nearly always a bit off from the ones shown on the back. They had the f90s and I didnt buy them because of the head sculpts. I really only buy stuff if its available locally since if its is defective I can return it. But I guess the Deep Striker does look quite good. How much does it go for right now? Also for some reason the F90 (or whatever it was. Cant remember) cost £36 while these only cost £26 each. Much cheaper than buying from some place like HLJ (I checked the prices). Weird.
