That's a big boi right there. Probably one of the first gaiking that I'd be interested in getting. I'm still somewhat considering their Grendizer.

Well, it looks like they are doing a Metal Build Dynames Repair III and a Metal Build Justice Gundam, probably sometime in 2021. So, it seems they are at least dipping their toes into giving other suits the Metal Build treatment. The fact is, the Metal Build line is extremely popular, and they are literally running out of "main character suits" to give the Metal Build treatment to, so that probably factored into them finally giving other suits that are not just recolors of "main character suits"--see F91 Harrison Madin and Destiny Heine--renditions. That Dynames repair III hurts my soul. Season 1 Dynames would have been amazing. So close, yet so far. I'm defintely looking forward to pairing that future Justice with the freedom 2.0.

I'm still salty this wasn't a metal build and leaves me conflicted whether to spend the pretty penny on this in case they decide to do IBO gundams in metal build someday I say just get this figure for now. As a metal build may never happen. IBO wasn't a super big hit in Japan and their metal build is currently stuck on 00 and SEED designs. I sure wish they would do other 00 designs other than Exia / 00 gundam variants. I want a whole Celestial Being team, but they refuse to do them.

Just imagine if the toy could recite some classic lines from good ol' hot blooded Guy. I'm glad his voice actor can still belt it out.

Mandarake has some used ones. i know but dont know which one to chose from. the classic takatoku or the newly made figure from Mega. I like them both actually. :-) I bought the Megahouse one not too long ago and while the paint is a little rough in spots, the articulation is better than expected and the transformation while a little daunting is also better than expected. I like how they implemented little doors to cover gaps and those doors actually lock into place! The proportions also feel dynamic, like it's an alien sports car made into a robot.

Okay playing with Kampfer more, you can retract the forearms and then fold down the sleeves and then fold back the forearm armor which makes it much easier for him to hold his shotguns even with the stocks attached.

I received my Kampfer today. This thing is great. The paint job is especially impressive. My only complaint is the shotguns seem a little ill conceived but that's really about it. The figure is another win for "Moshow". 😁 I got mine today too and I agree the shotguns or the hands could have been designed to hold those a little better. Once you take off the stock of the shotguns he can hold them no problem. I really do wish Poison Toys included some instructions. Other than those gripes, this thing is absolutely killer.

Starts on 12min for action. The joint demonstration shows quality and durability seems to surpass Bandai...till 36:40.....OOPS!..hope it's nothing. ... im intrigued just by his insane joint durability demonstration. Plays like a real toy and i really appreciate that. Looks like it just popped off the ball joint, he popped it right back on and it didn't fall apart so I'd say things are a-okay.

Can you describe or show a pic of what's going on with it? Sorry you got a dud. This one. Shucks that the figure is awesome but my ODness makes me disappointed and want to rid it. Yikes! Sorry to see that. That is a damn shame, a mediocre paint touch-up right on the front of the face. QC Guy #25 must have been 5 mins away from ending his shift before passing this sample along. Can you contact your retailer and request a replacement head?

Sentinel showing off GGGG in some slicker poses here in their blog. The knee bend is impressive and so is the abdominal movement. It's beautiful, but it's still too expensive for me to pull the trigger. ameblo.jp/sen-ti-nel-info/entry-12590304175.html

What's the scale for these Riobots? I would love to have a complete line up of Rayearth mashins plus the combined form (tv and OVA versions, not the sure about the individual OVA versions). Also, where's Rayearth's big claw shield? The riobots are usually non-scale and judging by the comparison pics with Sol Gravion, this piece is probably around 6-6.5 inches tall.

A test sample review of the Hagane Works (in Mandarin). At first glance, here are some of the structural difference I can spot that is different from Riobot: - smaller & lighter than Riobot, as indicated in previous discussion. - new head gimmick while allows the full length Pilder to dock, might have lessen the neck articulation range. - mid waist got simplified without Riobot's loose top plate, but became just one solid piece silver mid torso. - black 'speedo' can be lowered for articulation, don't remember Riobot has that. - one of the double knee joint has ratchet - attachment of the wings are simplified into a single round peg on the back, not the complicated odd angle hinge setup on Riobot. - didn't see the shoulder nubs being swivelled (where the 2 smaller swords come out), looks like the swivel joint got omitted, but not 100% sure. - looks like the spring loaded red clear chest plate articulation also got omitted. I like the changes they made to this hagane works version. I remember the Riobot's chest and abdomen articulation was a little too complicated for its own good and had some instances of breakage. The neck articulation in the video looked fine to me even with the pilder gimmick, cool stuff. It even looks like they modified the elbows to have more of a natural bend. All in all a very tempting piece to pick up, now watch as they release a version later down the line that's even bigger than the Riobot version.

I believe it is a smaller version of the riobot mazkinkaiser. It is a full action figure that is a part of goodsmile's diecast robot line up. So far their demonbane has received favorable reviews. I hope when they release their Thunder Gridman under this line it will be stellar.

Freedom 2.0 is definitely a much needed aesthetic upgrade and I'm sure poseability was upgraded a few areas too. I do wish Bandai could have figured out a way to get those pesky ankle guards out of the way to allow more ankle movement. It also looks like the over the shoulder cannons should give you some more wiggle room between them and the head. The old Freedom was a pain to get the head out of the way for the cannons. I also like the head sculpt much more on the 2.0, sharper and less insect looking.

I would like to see a stronger torso joint, ratcheting hips and knees as well as bigger heels for better balance / support.
