Surprised no one is talking about that one; got my payment request from AmiAmi and paid for my order yesterday. Can't wait!

I should be able to get a replacement leg from chimungmung after all, but I need to return my defective one first. I had to return the entire Mazinger SKL figure because it came without a hover pilder. Totally absurd policy just to get a missing piece of rubber worth about five cents, but that's how it works I guess. From what I gathered, Tony's sending me the leg from his personal Voltron, so he at least wanted to have another one to replace it.

Plus, MP never issued any statement when the first units surfaced at retail. It's really just them not wanting to take responsibility.

I thought it was more like 150 units that were shipped initially. }| Well, at least a dozen of dozens = 144. We'll never know the actual numbers. Still, MP realizing their product is crap AFTER shipping it is just stupid. It means they didn't do any QC, which is completely unacceptable... but perfectly expected from them at this point.

Don't worry. Those problem come from ************** lot only as they are so stupid to ship out problem QC item without consideration on buyer. They just want to pretend they're big boss and have power to ship first lot. But everyone told them don't ship that out as it is just pre production version.
What we're shipping is final officially version from Miracle.
Best Regards, Toyer City Team
Excuse me, but that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Who is ********? And why has MP shipped a whole bunch of "pre-production" units in the first place? That's just BS. One or two pre-production units for review purposes, sure, but dozens and dozens? Unlikely. MP messed up and just won't assume responsibility.

Pascal, have you asked for a replacement vehicle instead of a part? Yes, that's what I'm trying to get. No way I'll attempt to disassemble that thing and mess it up even more.

Tony is trying to see what he can do, but from what I read, no one has ever been able to fix the knee problem with his replacement parts.

From our email exchanges, it appears there's only ONE official distributor. Who? No idea.
"I am sorry, we will only provide post-sale service to those purchase from us or our official distributor."
"I am sorry to tell you that robotkingdom.com is not our distributor."
"We have declared several times in the facebook channel and web reminding customers only to purchase from our official distributor."
Either that or they don't know how to make the word distributor plural...

Why would it matter? I work for the biggest bicycle P&A distributor in Canada, and if someone is having a problem with one of the products we distribute, even if the customer didn't get it from an authorized dealer, we will still help him out (he just won't benefit from the warranty) because ultimately, you want the customer to be happy and return to your brand, plus your brand's reputation is at stake. They only have ONE product to care for, and a sh*tty one on top of that, the least they can do is make sure that everyone is satisfied if they ever want to release another one. It's not like I bought a stolen version, MP did get their money for that Voltron. I really doubt they got it straight from the factory, that's just absurd. Otherwise MP would have made a statement that unauthorized units have been released or something along those lines. Nope, their sh*tty Voltron came out exactly at the time they said it would. I think they're just trying to find a way out to not lose any more money.

MP is officially the sh*ttiest company I've ever seen.
They refuse to provide me with replacement parts (I just need a new tank because of that knee that doesn't want straighen up properly), even though I'm willing to pay for them.
They pretend chimungmung (got it from them) and Robotkingdom has never been authorized to sell their products and that don't know how they managed to get defective products to resell, which is utter BS.
I'm pissed now.

Got my Gatcha Spartan! So awesome, it's been a while since I've gotten something so heavy. Combination was a bit tricky at first, lots of cool tricks there. Only downside: got hit by customs... $50. Ugh.

There's nothing wrong with the die-cast content or use in this figure, it's just the poor manufacturing techniques employed. The exact same design produced by Bandai would have been perfection.

Got mine today. Beautiful. I think it's my favorite transforming SOC since Daimos. Quality and engineering are superb, and it's quite hefty for the size.
