Pardon me for being a little slow on catching this, but OMG! You can actually store accessories in the base stand now!? Thats freaking great, why didnt they think of this earlier? And the paintwork on the figure is simply gorgeous!

man keep on coming those pics, the figure looks incredible, any comparison with miracle vehicle voltron? Miracle looks pretty Sh*tty next to SOC Voltron. That means bandai have to give us a New vehicle voltron to go along with the SOC voltron aint it?

Actually amiami do allow, just dont do it too often. NY on the other hand, doesn't. Hey mecha! Just like Amiami, NY says no cancellations but I've been able to cancel with them about three times since I've been with them. After I sent them an email requesting to cancel an item they just cancel it. No response. I wouldn't suggest making a habit of it though, since they may cancel your account just like Amiami does sometimes. Good to know that, but they refuse to cancel mine when i made a request, and i hardly, if ever cancel my items with NY and i use to buy a lot from them as well grrrrrrrr..... Lol

Actually i find the KOB (the one on the right I presume?) looks better. More details than the one on the left. Not a big fan of Voltron, so i have little knowledge on anime accuracy and putting build quality aside, i do prefer the KOB one. At least looks wise.

From what i have experienced, you will get a telling off, thats all. But cancellations are definitely not encouraged, hence, you wont see them stating its ok to do it on their web site. They might even close a user's account if they are fond of cancellations and that would have been bad because amiami is a great place to buy from.

Well, as AmiAmi doesn't allow cancels I will be keeping Emperor as well but he does look fairly cool. Actually amiami do allow, just dont do it too often. NY on the other hand, doesn't.

Still on the fence on this one. I already have a fantastic one in the form of a metal build, not sure if i should go ahead with this one, whatever its worth, i doubt it will be as good as the MB one. But gotta admit, a local shop is offering this at a very attractive preorder price. Probably 110 USD shipped after conversion i think.

Dont know about the rest, i still visit rj forum on a daily basis. What is most important to me is the content and the sharing of information which i find in abundance in rj. I have came across a forum which bar members from comparing toy prices of local toy shops and commenting on them in general, which to me is utterly ridiculous. Over at rj, members are always willing to share and the experience i gained here is invaluable to my toy collecting hobby. Maybe my reach is not extensive enough, but i have not quite find a forum as good as rj. Speaking of facebook, i have yet to visit a toy centric facebook page, but i have came across it through other area of interest. Somehow, i find their cataloguing of information extremely unstructured, looking and searching for specific information in a facebook page is a pain for me, call me old fashioned, but you cant beat a good ol' forum in terms of organising of i formation. Keeping in touch with friends using facebook is ok with me, but definitely not for collectible toy resource. But thats just me

To me, the price of the toy plays a part as well. if I am getting a vintage toy on the cheap, I am ok with whatever condition the box is, whether it is torn or taped, i'll even accept a loose toy without its box if the toy's condition and price is acceptable to me. However, if I am paying serious money for it, I rather accept a torn box than one that comes taped. On the other hand, if the box is so well fixed with no signs of tempering, I might just take the bait because no one can tell lol and besides, a worn box does adds to the charm of a vintage toy aint it? just speaking from a buyer's perspective.

Usually AFA graded items are sealed in acrylic boxes. I do have one or two of such items. Vintage star wars stuff. But all of my other items are not stored in such a manner only a handful of them are wrapped up in clear plastic.

Actually, i much prefer the Messer's character over the anime's main protagonist Hayate, and unlike macross f where i collected the entire sms crews' variable fighters, i am going to stop buying after i get my hands on Messer's custom.

Think it was closed then now up again. Thats the way it should be bandai! Why limit the number of customers to buy your mass market products?
