Okay. So what are the prices for each sets?
Cause I keep seeing the dreaded 70,000 Yen pricing the most.

Yeah. I am so considering selling mine with a heavy marked down price as one of the small Big Moth cannons had to be glued back on alone with its right hand.

Yeah. I need the space so I need to sell off my Sentinel Final Dancouga or my SoC Renewal Dancouga to make space and earn money for this one.
Mainly for the space. Yeah. The Sentinel is fine and almost new whereas the Renewal has its right fist reattached via super glue as well as one of the small cannons for Big Moth also being glued.

I Notice how most of the new stuff is all non Bandai companies. 😂 my preorder list has nothing Bandai. Same. The only stuff from Bandai I have been getting were some Kamen Rider belts and the mecha for Donbrothers. Well,so far just the Don Onitaijin. I wonder if Bandai is still doing their SoC Exkaiser. I kinda need to sell my Masterpiece if they have that and Dragon Kaiser down the works.

watched the video, the gimmicks are brilliant! especially that arm track part was ingenious and practical at the same time. looks very solid overall though I wished they had some light up gimmicks since this is a large figure, but my real problem is that its face is way too small for my likings. wish they had increased the size of the face by 1.5 times. Funny enough the face of Dancouga is said to be too big especially the old Popy/Godaikin version. My main concern is the connection for the feet. You have some slider ports as well as a small clip that I am iffy on. Like was there no way to make it die cast of even bigger?

Here is a video with Wotafa where a sample of the Hagane Works Dancouga is being shown off with various features of the toy being highlighted.

Looks incredible. Think we will ever get a 2.0 from Bandai's Soul of Chogokin? Nah. I don't think they will even bother anything outside of a Renewal which they already did.

Decided to preorder at Amazon Japan anyways.
That Limited Edition is just way too expensive for what it is. I just want the Aggressive Change effect part for Eagle Fighter. That and I am sure my overall price will be $450 anywhere else thanks to shipping.

I might get this but I don't know where.
Hobbylink Japan has been sold out and I would like to be able to get the limited edition Aggresive Mode Eagle Fighter effect part.
The God Bless Dancouga Limited Variant is already sold out. So I may get it from Amazon Japan since I can cancel as well as maybe get better overall shipping.

Yeah. Other than money the main thing keeping me from getting this guy is how poorly scaled he is to Dairugger.
I really loved having Golion and Dairugger next to each other in my old display. It feels off to have one of these Voltrons to tower over another.

Honestly, what I would give to give any excuse to have King J-Der renamed and reused as a Transformers character and to be able to design a Titan Class King J-Der to look big and menacing.

Yeah. I really love the Astranagant but I see Cybuster being a bigger candidate along with other classic OG Mechs.

Only slight disappointment is the size. 27cm combined is not that big, for something that is supposed to be very big. I was expecting at least 30-35cm. But I am buying this for sure. Been waiting for a couple decades for this. Are you kidding me!?!? I was expecting this guy to be HUGE. I wanted this to be Transformers Titan Class sized at the least.

So, what I'm reading here is: Stick with Bandai. I'd give Blitzway props for owning that they have QC problems. If it was Bandai, as they are right now, they wouldn't even care if the product is defective. For example, the really hyped up and in demand SH Figuarts Ultraman Tiga that was released last year has a painted flexible rubber torso where the paint simply rubs off even by just holding the figure. The entire initial production run was like that. No recall or acknowledgment of the defect that I am aware of. In recent years Japanese consumers have become more and more vocal about the poor quality of Bandai products through social media and negative product reviews. It's not just Bandai though, the same poor quality issues are cropping up with regularity for Takara Tomy products too. Damn. So the paint rubs on some of my SoCs and the Masterpiece figures are not just me? Yeah......damn. I just got my Goodsmile Thunder Gridman and man is the paint strangely solid when compared to handling Bandai or Takara. I mean good God.

I do wonder if Pose+ will actually engineer the shoulders for Chouryujin as opposed to Bandai most likely cheating them with optional parts.
Cause that specific part of the combination is a pain to figure out.

two things main things from the video
1 the guy misplaced the yellow and the blue lions (honest mistake no worries)
2 the figure weight on his scale it shows 1.5KG while in the promo clip it was 2.26KG ? did they put it on a diet or something before the release ? lol, its a bit heavier than the DX Voltes V
to be honest its better, figures over 2KG are a nightmare to handle at least for me
Yeah. It is always the legs of the Megazord and Voltron I have issues remembering which goes where.

Not a big fan of the stylization but the engineering is solid. I will give it that.

Yeah I cannot help but a 3rd Party company would have made a more perfect transformation version of the character minimizing any if even all partsforming.
Granted the legs of Houryu and Enryu would be a challenge as those make up the shoulders of Chouryujin.
That specific part of the figure caused me a lot of trouble to engineer. And that is not including any abdominal movement for the combined mecha.

Forgive me for asking a dumb question but how long do you think it would be till we see a release date for this guy?
I think it is at least a year after we first see the prototypes till we see any preorder dates.
Also,I am thinking of selling my Masterpiece Great Exkaiser for this guy.
How hard is it to find an MP Exkaiser without any yellowing cause mine is rather slight.

Did anyone here in the US happen to order Daileon through eknight and, if so, have you gotten yours yet? Thanks! I have yet to get any of my preorders that were supposed to be released last November. I am still waiting on my Goodsmile Thunder Gridman.
