I have a question, so my order for metal build heine custom was sent to customs from New York, I've ordered metal builds from Nippon Yasan before, but this is the first time it has been sent to customs, what happens in customs? They'll just charge you customs fees usually around $ 20 or so. Depends on the declared value of your toy and percentage customs tax of your country. They'll charge it to you upon delivery either by your post or freight service provider. Thanks for the info and help

Good to heard that nothing bad happen to the shipment . I bet they got tons of emails asking about the preorder after BBTS started shipping out there's . Don't forget to order those WOL. ^_^ Thanks! Hopefully they come through...from chatting with other collectors, I get the sense that Toysource/TFsource has flaky customer service...nowhere near par to what you get from BBTS. And I would agree given my experience trying to get an answer from the former. BBTS has generally some of the best customer service I've dealt with ever for buying toys and while their pricing is a bit on the higher side, you can't dispute how good their team is...and their packing is probably the gold-standard. With Toysource, it took me 4 e-mails to get a response...first one I sent was via their e-form on their site. A week passes...not a peep. I send them something directly from my e-mail. Nothing. Next evening, I follow-up. Nothing. Finally, I did one more via their e-form again and this time selecting feedback and stating how it's mind-blowing that 4 e-mails (3 follow-ups) later, I get nothing and it's not what they are advertising esp. when a customer is simply asking if they have an ETA on a preorder. Finally got a response 2 days ago per my post in the previous page. Man. Strike freedom is now instock at the toysource and preorders are being processed now, finally
