Not sure if this sighting has already been posted but I was hunting for some green tag specials at TRU today and happened upon the Jumbo Delta Max Megazord and scooped it for 29.99. The paint app is shoddy, has just 3 points of articulation (head, arrms) and the mold is pretty rough. However, it's one of those "so ugly it's cool" type of toys so I dig it. They also had the US version of the Deka Robo Base, which I didn't know had been already released. I glanced at it briefly and it seemed to have all the same paint apps that the JPN version has. Can't remember the price. just a heads up. j*ryu

wow! i love the Jumbos and have them all...until now. Was Delta MAX the only JUMBO? u said something about the BASE, but was it in JUMBO too? usually they do the main megazord. i have the DeltaMegazord, and so sad that he has no elbows. does the DEKAROBO have elbows? i see lines on the cars where if cut, and reworked, could easily separate to make bending elbows. his arms look so short.

Deka Base was not a jumbo, just a deluxe Megazord base that can house the Deka Robo (sorry, I'm not familiar with the US names for SPD). I was shocked to see it here! I love Deka Base! Well worth the money, esp. domestically! j*ryu

I know, right? Go get it! It's been awhile since Bandai USA has released a large carrier Zord. Now that I think back, there *was* one thing I noticed that was different. The shiny "reflective" stickers on the JPN version's chest in robot mode are no longer reflective, they're matte. That's all I could tell that was different tho. j*ryu

Wow, bandai lied to me. Goes to show you what they know in advance. They had one stashed behind the counter at toy fair.
