I just want to post this FYI regarding Bandai's SSAF Kamen Rider Kuuga series. The black suit or "tights" gets contaminated by the glue Bandai used for the velcro and makes the rubber peel and sticky. I don't know if this is a problem with the Agito figure, but it is present on all my Kuugas. The Ultraman A, B, C, Max and Tiga doesn't appear to be affected by this.
I've been told that Bandai discovered this later and changed the suit, however Bandai did not change the suit for people who already bought and paid for the figure. If you know of a fix or know someone who can create good quality suits, please chime in, there are a few of us interested in your wares.
CAVEAT EMPTOR:
People on eBay are real slick about this and you will notice on their listing for Bandai Kuuga action figures, they will mention tha tthe item is sealed and will not guarantee quality, this is pretty much telling you they know of the issue and their item is also contaminated.
These items are usually not wrapped, but they wrap it in to conceal the flaw.
