PR Jumbos

Has anyone purchased the newer Power Rangers jumbos? What are they like, do you like them?

They're pretty neat. They're nothing at all like classic jumbos. The material is different, and there are no real gimmicks. The chest opens up on the Jumbo Sempujin (ooh!) and the lion head on the jumbo GouraiSempujin spins (ahh!). That's about it. The detail is ok, and the paint job is nice too. The main attraction is their size. Little kids love these things.

I have 3 of them and they are pretty sweet...as the line progressed you could see tham start to become a bit more "classic" the latest one (thunderstorm) is very true to the classic ones as it has a more relaxed pose, and alot more of the raw polyethylene is exposed (unlike the first ones where there was sooo many coats of paint you'd think they were all hard plastic) if you have a chance to pick these up I'd say go for it...and from what I've heard TRU has been marking them down alot recently...i guess that the old school jumbo collector demographic isn't large enough to keep sales up ^^
