I think those are the 22" vinyls released some years back by...I wanna say Kaiyodo, but don't quote me on that. You still see them on eBay from time to time, but not as frequently as before. They come in a blue box with a diagonal window on the front. Usually sell for about $100 boxed.

Those are definitely the Hong Kong (but manufactured in China) bootleg versions. I can tell by the paint and the antenna ears on the Mazinger Z. Anyway, they're a common sight in Taiwan toyshops. They're all right if you don't want to spend much money on the geniune ones that are hard to find these days. Right now they're selling from 800NTD to 1,200 NTD (24 USD to 34 USD) .
