Jumbo Machinder Mazinger Villains

I'm just planning to start collecting jumbos, and as a start, would like to ask opinions on the present prices of these mazinger villains in good condition. The following are:
Green Ghost C3
Doublas M2
Spartan K5
Villain w/ Horns X10
Villain w/ 2 Heads Q9 or Q7
I know these jumbos are very hard to find and very expensive, maybe some members who are expert on this type of toy would share their knowledge. Any information is highly appreciated. Thanks.

Well, prices are known to fluctuate, especially for high end and popular pieces, but I would prepare myself for prices looking something like this:

Green Ghost C3 loose $5,000 ,boxed
I've only seen one boxed specimen sell and it hit over $12,000.

Dabulas M2 loose $3,000-4000, boxed $5,000+
This one is very popular so if a bidding war started you could be screwed. One deadstock specimen sold for $9000, for example.

Spartan K5 loose w/o spear $1000, with spear $1500-2000, boxed $2000+
Arguably the easiest Mazinger villain to get and the least popular, but the spear is almost always missing.

Kingdan X10 loose $1500, boxed $2500+
I've never seen a good boxed example sell. Most I've seen were either loose and/or broken. If Spartan isn't the easiest to get, then this one is.

Rokuron Q9 loose $8,000+, boxed $10,000 +
Just as popular as it is rare. Second only to Garada in desirability.

Garada K7
Only one specimen has sold at nearly $24,000.


Of course, none of this means you can't occassionally get lucky and get a good price on something. But if you're serious about this, you gotta be ready for the worst.
