What is your favorite way to reproduce toy parts?
Mine is Super Sculpey...

Mine would be ebay, toy shows, or the other fine folks here at RJ!

Tamiya epoxy putty. If you are going to sculpt with it, you have to mix it and then let it sit for about an hour, then sculpt. By this time it's not so sticky, but you have to do all your sculpting in one session, so usually what I do is sculpt the basic shape, let it dry, and then sand it down with a Dremel.
I like Sculpey a lot too, but it doesn't always carry weight too well, but it really depends what kind of piece you are trying reproduce.

Me. I first repair the part, polish it, refinish it, then finally recast it. The hardest part is color matching the piece, but I usually get it.
