Hi! I was watching your galleries about custom figures and i want to show my UFo Senshi Dai-Apollon custom. It was made in balsa wood and painted with paint for ceramics. Was a birthday gift from one of my best friends. I don't have really nice pictures of the figure, so i will show some of the pics of my anime figures collection, where my Dai-Apollon is. Greetings from Venezuela ^___^

Bienvenida, Saouri! (Welcome, Saouri!) It's a small world between Here at RJ, and over there at El Rincon (I'm the member "WOOF!" there at Garada's Place), and yahoogroupMAZINGER, as well. I like your custom Dai Apollon figure very much. Was it another robot before it became Dai Apollon? Nice figures there, too! zozo-Magengar (zozo-Tony, aka "WOOF!")

Hi to everyone...
I love my valks too. I'm a Macross fan, even if i just have 3 valkiries from Macross 7 and 3 figures of Lynn Minmey from original Macross.
Magengar, looking your signature image i know you are Woof in Garada.
And i really don't know if my friend think in make another kind of robot with the pieces of Dai-Apolon. Some weeks after he gave it to me, he show me other figures in balsa wood: a Gaiking (wonderful work even if the proportions wasn't very well), a Mazinger Z and a Tetsujin 28-go.
Sadly, i don't have images from the other custom mechas and he don't like forums in internet :s

From what I've seen and heard, Balsa wood is very easy to work with. And I like your Dai Apollon custom figure, it's very nice. Have you tried to invite your friend to the forums? I'm sure fans would love to see his works of art. zozo-Magengar Hi to everyone... I love my valks too. And, in addition, his job don't leave much free time to spend in internet (he is engineer like me, and he is working in "the middle of nowhere": in perforation of petroleum wells). He call me sometimes to ask: "Ari, tell me about new robots anime series...", so i'm his anime newspaper I will try to remember to get my camera the next time i visit his home.
