hey guys,
is there anybody using a brand of masking tape that doesnt stick too much? im using blue tape, but masking it with a chrome like colors still dont work, it still take of the paint even if i had the chrome paint for 5 days curing.
any info would be great... thanks

Try Saran wrap. I used it to mask the limbs of my chinese jumbo Mazinger... after I painted the limbs, and let them dry for a few days, I gently wrapped them with the saran wrap going around the limb once with just an inch of overlap to stick the wrap to itself.
With one layer of the clean-cut wrap, I still managed to get a nice tight edge between the 'silvered' limb and the shoulder which was to be painted black.

lolz i was just about to ask you dude, since i saw you used a silver/chrome paint in your jumbo custom ^_^
having a hard time with the color scheme on that jumbo, i got the chrome part painted, but it keeps coming of when i mask it to paint the black parts. plus i still have the head to do, i guess i have to redo the chrome part again. thanks
