We've already discussed Lionbot, but I've also seen Protector (Gardian) and God-Bot (God Marz) on ebay going a bit cheaper than their GoDaiKin counterparts recently. I've found two that I'm considering buying. Can someone please tell me what the difference in quality is?

May take on GodBot (Godmarz) is that it is good, but the repros have been priced way too high. I wouldn't think they are worth the $100+ price that has been asked. I would suggest getting a loose GodMarz for some more cash. Loose godaikins can be found. Also the window boxed Godmarz has been less popular and reasonable ($200+).
The Guardian, again, is too high in price. my suggestion is to get it only around $65.

so far i get them from my supplier for US$50+shipping, then i sell the on the local market for around $80. What if they made fake GA-50s ;D that would really be a pain in the ass! The toy you are looking for is very easy to find in Taiwan. The retail price is around 20 USD~30USD. Many place still sell those toys. Because of many people in America think thos Taiwanese toy factory stopped manufacture those toy, many people spend high price buying them. What I want to let you know is that those toys still easy to find in Taiwan. you do not need spend high price to buy them.

I suggest you can buy this Godbot to repair the original Godmarz. This one is the most easy-to-find one in Taiwan, because its change mold. Many Chinese collector do not buy that. Never trust any high Taiwanese knock-off stuff.

I don't know if I agree with FANS. I have both, the GodMarz and the Taiwanese version, and I think the Taiwanese version that I have is a very, very good repro of GodMarz. I was that much impressed. I've also been impressed with some of the other Taiwanese repros.
As for the prices on some of these items on eBay, I think that the prices are being driven up by sham bidders. It seems to me, that entering a proxy bid is an almost guarantee for the price to be driven up by these sham bidders. This goes for any item on ebay.

Finally ordered both yesterday. I got God-Marz and Gardian for $120 total (including shipping from Taiwan), so I'm pretty excited. I won't even know if the quality isn't the same as the originals. I just hope there aren't any obvious quality problems. That would be majorly disappointing.
Anyway, anyone have any idea how long it usually takes to ship from Taiwan to the US? I know international shipping time can vary greatly, but a ballpark guess would be helpful.
Thanks!
