Yes it is. I (well, my parents) bought it in Hawaii sometime in the mid-seventies. I have been moving around living in San Francisco, Chicago, and Houston and just recently moved back to the Denver area and found that my Mom had saved and boxed up all my old toys. It has some dings and nicks because I played with it a lot but those old metal toys could take the punishment. I wish stuff today was made as well as that old toy.
