Can someone tell me more about this?

A friend has this stored away and I might take it off his hands to reside with my growing army. Not sure what it may be worth. I want to be fair when I appraise this piece, but of course I want it now that he has shown me these pics!



FYI these pics are not of the one he has. He looked it up and sent me these from the internet. Although his is MIB as well.

He says he will try to dig it up tonight. Funny story about this one Josh. The owner works in the Shipping Receiving Dept at my work. While I was shipping those stickers to you I mentioned my hobby (obsession) and he said "Oh, I have this robot in storage that my sister gave me way back when. I will bring it in and see if you want to get it.". Of course I was interested slightly. Then he sent me the above pics. Now after reading the chronicle at TBdx, I really want this one. Kinda rare, but my favorite part is the quirky style.
