Clover toys have got to be amongst the highest quality vintage Chogokin; Tryder, Gundam, Daitarn, Diaoga and Zambot - what a line up The large DX Zambot is rarely up for sale and it will cost you a fortune. I only have a picture of his front box although I beleive Yann posted pics of his in the collection thread.

this is the best toy of ever man... but the japanese is very expensive.... around 2000 USD in box pretty expensive! are the two versions of the same quality? i like the tryder and zambot but im am not very much into the others. it is easy to see daitarn on ebay. i even saw a zambot a few months ago sell for about 350 in a 3 box version i think. the box was not good but the toy was very good. but i skipped it!

350??? wow!!! I didn't see that auction! I think that both have same quality, but italian is hong kong, not japanese.

Clover products are generally outstanding.I'm waiting for a Walker Gallier DX and it was very reasonable,I dont think I'll be disapointed.Even the much maligned Srungle System mecha is a great chunk of metal, the DX has less diecast but is a fav.of mine. The only Clovers I'm not that crazy about are the Bilbine stuff.

This is also one of my wish list. But the one I'm looking for is not the same box as posted either by luca.bart and Daikengo. I know it's a Japanese version but the color of the box is blue and red, a large picture of the toy on the left side and the 3 ships on the right side if facing the box. Maybe somebody can give more info on this or better, post some pictures to see their differences.

Yes, that's the one. Thanks luca.bart. So the inside box is just the same for both art box and toy box? If I remember correctly, What I saw on yahoo jap long time ago is that the color of the lid is light blue and the combination program pamphlet is the toy on its front page. Is this version very hard to find? I rarely seen it in both ebay and yahoo jap auctions.
