If it's a store then maybe they'll let you check it out. Just check the usual things, chrome, paint, fireing heads on the red and green lions, no loose tail on the black one.

I think there are still some bargains to be had. I bought a complete boxed Japanese Golion DX on Yahoo Japan a couple of weeks ago for around $300.00 and it looks in really good condition (although it's yet to arrive). There are occassionaly gluts of them and it really effects the prices
