Good luck man...
IF anything should happen, I'll let you have first crack at two of the Golion items I'm unloading soon. Popy released these in three separate boxes (Black, red & blue, and green & yellow). I've given up trying to find the black lion. So, keep us updated.

if he has a photo of the bot & his address hand-written... pretty convincing to me.
if he's legit i hope he understands that people get bugged out when you steal auction descrips/titles/etc. and you should always use the real photos.

Bryan (dx*chogokin*king),
When are you returning my $70 that you did a chargeback on me on my Ebay auction??!!! Its been over 6 months and I'm still waiting. If you can't afford to buy it then simply return it.

Me, I love scammers who write "Soul of Chogokin Mazinger Z US$9.95" and when you click on it the postage is US$160.00. Who do they think they are kidding?
Do they really think no one will notice that the postage is the exact amount the item would be when added to listed sale price.
I want SOCs bad...but not that bad.

Hey! Im sorry I couldnt get to this thread sooner! I am the guy who probably wrote you privately concerned (I won the Leopardon from this guy).
Well, he was reinstated, and he immediately opened a non-paying bidder complaint on me (even though I couldnt pay him when he was suspended)
I b*tched him out but agreed to pay the money, now that I was protected by paypal and ebay. I made him reduce his shipping (he wanted $40 to ship a Leopardon - I dont think so! I paid him $25 - he paid $13 CAN to ship it)
The Leopardon did arrive, in a crappy packaging box., but the toy is mint.
Anyway, he's not a scammer, but I dont think he is entirely honest, either. He cares nothing about the robots. I guess his father owned a toy store and this is old store stock - or so he claims.

you also have to be carefull of those who had 10 or less feedbacks, now they try to get feedbacks from their other accounts or co-scammers so they will have 100% positive feedbacks, i think in hong kong and china has this where you pay someone so you can have a few positive feedbacks with out the transactions.
one thing i dont like also are the ones they put the bidders on private, how would you know if they are just pumping up the bids, when ebay also is saying that try to report activities like this. if its something about adult materials and wants to keep there name private.. i understand, but for something like this, i think it should be shown. i like to look at those bidders sometimes, just to see who's bidding and you will see that a 0 feedback thats been a member for a long time is trying to bid it at an ridiculous increment, then you will see him also in the sellers other auction doing the same thing.
i never had a problem buying from hongkong or china or even japan(except for there huge shipping and handling schemes), i try to look at the seller if he has more than 500 feedbacks already. the one i am having problems are from france, i had 3 transactions already and non went smoothly. i won a daimos dx truck(loose) for $12.00 +/- , so i ask him for the total and address so i can send him a check(dont have paypal), no answer, i wish i can complain about this.
but thanks God, i never had really a bad experience with ebay.

"Once bit- Forever shy", I always say. The dude created his problem, and had folks runnin around like headless chickens, and got himself suspended. Now he's back, and ready with more Carefully-though-out new schemes... Unless you're into Pain and Drama, why go through that scenario again? How did he manage to get 3 JohnDoes rootin for him so quickly? What was INSIDE the Golion box? He almost Had you once- you gonna let him Had you again? I don't care what he fabricates; it all looks pret-ty Shady to me. He's Not the Only ebay Seller on the planetand he's Definitely NOT the ONLY person on this planet who has that Golion figure for sale... ...Drop him, and Move On. There, I offered my 2cents; as a friend. It seems harsh; but sometimes ya gotta look at things beyond pretty Box Art. zozo-Magengar I don't know if you guys are still following this, but apparently Mysoho7 has been reinstated and is seeking payments for unpaid items won before he was suspended. So far, he now has positive feedback from 3 different buyers who say they received their items and that they are satisfied with their transactions. And he did send me another photo of the Golion with his name and email address hand written on paper placed on top of the box. So what should I think about this? Any input would be appreciated.

Hey...I just noticed that on page two there is a post from me that I didn't write. What the....? It doesn't even sound like me...or even something I'd write. Weird. Maybe M*zinger wrote it.
Here's a scam story...We won an item two days ago and got a non-paying bidder alert within an hour of the auction ending...no reason given. So we put in a big complaint and we're assuming the person got into trouble because the NPB got removed toot-sweet.

wo mannix...you've never had a problem with ebay? If you ever buy from me check out my first feedback page...I had a group of six guys in Canada who kept bidding on my items....winning them and then saying the items never arrived and giving me negative feedback (they only bid on cheapo stuff). This was AAAALLLLL because one of them bought a boxed optimus prime from me and then changed his mind after he won and refused to pay. I reported him, he "got me back". Took me ages to get reinstated by proving I was the injured party and even though I have nearly 400 feedback I'm at 90% because at least once a double-month some idiot who didn't read the auction gives me or M8zinger a neg.
