i don't know how truely rare that "V" voltron is, K2CLIFFHANGER... i've had 3-4 of them pass through my hands in the last few years, out of about 10 voltrons. maybe they were more common in the US East Coast? that's a pretty fair price for a vintage diecast voltron boot complete w/ weapons w/o box though.
i'm in the process of restoring a "satan" voltron (the one with the upside-down star buckle), i'd say those are a *little* more scarce.
Certain boots it seems were much more available in different parts of the US, as I've heard Gardian boots were much more plentiful in the southern US, lionbots in NYC, etc. just like Godaikins were much easier to find at retail in their original releases on the East & West Coasts.

I had that VV/DXV boot. Got it for the sword, and gave the item to a friends kid for Christmas. Kept the sword for my VV on display. Horrendous color boots I'll pass on. lol

Here is a Dairugger XV KO that Im trying to procure from my friend. I love the vacuum plated gold haha. The best part of this toy is the sword, it actually is more detailed than the original. I bought one of these 13 years ago for $15! LOL

Heck you can still get them for dirt cheap like that on ebay if you find them. I got mine that way. 10 bucks plus shipping.

No friction motors and they have funky colors, however other than that it is very similar to the real deal. Again the sword is awesome!

Yeah the sword alone is probably worth 10.

Pretty much. lol You can get them cheaply if people don't notice it, mislabel it, etc. Putting it up for auction under robo cosmo will not get seen if you search for only Voltron in ebay. There ya be. Kind of like searching for Arbegas instead of Albegas, or Arbegus, etc.

Yeah I picked up a nearly complete Vehicle Voltron for about 15 bucks that way. Liscensed version, not the KO. Those finds can be pretty rare sometimes, but lots of fun.

I just looked at the ebay link I posted... ...right now, the cheapest one is at almost $37 USD, and the most-expensive is close to $200 USD. Both ranges are current Bids.

Well, this ended up being a crap shoot. The "V" Voltron that was posted in picture format and the one I got are 2 different robots with the exception of Black lion. The rest...is different. Red and Green lions are 100% plastic. No die cast at all. Blue & Yellow have no necks like in the picture.
Sure this set comes with missles, and the lion swords, etc...and the lions have the mechanisms to shoot them...it's still not the one bootleg. If I had to guess, this was 3 different sets. One set with Black lion being the V Voltron. One set for Red and Green. One, possibly two sets for Blue and Yellow.
So, I got taken for 100 bucks. Ah well, at least I have something I can say is 100% crapola. lol

You should lambaste him if that was the case. cgi.ebay.com/Vehicle-VOLTRON-Dairugger-XV-Combiner-ROBO-COSMO-Box_W0QQitemZ120104730105QQihZ002QQcategoryZ2492QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItemThe Robo-Cosmo went for 21.50. Well, the seller didn't know anything about Voltron in the first place. They said it came from the same set because they thought if it was a different set, it wouldn't go together. They didn't know that bootlegs are interchangeable with each other and the official release. Can't release a nuke on them for not knowing what I, and other collectors do. At least not in good consience. lol

Hey guys I stumbled on a few Godbots & Godtrons this past weekend. They were at $50 each, all new-in-box. Is this a good price for a KO?
It says diecast on the boxes. How much % diecast?

Thats a good price. Take into account as well that godbot has a higher going value than godtron.
