Nice finds.
I really dig all those demonic things on the left side of your page. Are most of those Warhammer stuff? If so, does that mean they're small metal figures that are hand painted?

Man...nice to find your own old stuff from back in the day. I wish I could do that...unfortunately, all my old stuff is gone...
But great find! I used to have that Daltanius too! I always loved that one.

That's a nice piece. I've been looking for one (I used to have one too, don't ask why I sold it) but the ones on ebay have been so far overpriced.

Good find, i got the legs for Daltanias last year for about $1 but it's missing the knee pad type parts, one wing doesn't spring out and the feet won't retract into the ship. But as mentioned above he is so expensive i was hopin one day i'll do one up for a little cheaper.

i have the LION to that from a flea market as a kid, and when i saw that it is part of a robot, i wanted the robot, but back then i couldn't afford $50 for it

Excellent find! Reminds me of when I was cleaning out my parents old storage shed a few years ago. I'm 29 now, and they got the storage shed when I was 11. Lots of old toys in there. I found my Battle Cat, Panthor, Skeletor, & He-Man all in mint condition. I never took my toys outside as most of the time I was stuck inside due to having a cast on whatever part of my body was being worked on at the time. lol I was impressed at how well Panthor's purple felt had held up over time, as many I see on ebay have serious worn spots. My Voltron items that I had as a kid were all second or third hand, so they didn't fair too well. They were still poseable, but they didn't look good for display pieces. So, out of all my collection, the only things to have made it in good shape from childhood to now are my PJ's, the cosmic counter (with original battery that still works), and the black lion from the LJN set. Everything else has been ebay or private sellers coming to me or, to count the newer stuff, just bought from the retailer. |
