If you have two robots of the same kind , one is a godaikin version in a new mint complete condition and the other is popy version in near mint near complete (accessories wise) , which one would you prefer to keep if you can only keep one of these?

Of course, it depends on which robot, and the conditions of each, but generally, the Japanese versions are usually the most desirable.

why not swap the godaikin robot w/ the popy box and keep it! the robots looks the same! only the box and accesories

Keep the near mint popy version and box and then complete it with the Godaikin accessories.
