here is a simple formula in estimating the scale of gundams. for example the scale of MSIA RX-78-2 Gundam, if it is roughly 4 inches tall-
head height of RX-78-2 Gundam = 18 meters
convert it in inches:
18 meters times 40 inches = 720 inches
divide with the height of MSIA:
720 inches divide by 4 inches = 180
so the scale is roughly 1/180.
hope this helps.

"chogokin" gundams? Are you talking about the little HCM-Pro series? If so, the answer is no - their scale is pretty close but the MSIA series are a tad too big and their weapons will look a little bit weird on an HCM-Pro.
btoyz has it about right with the math. Officially the HCM-Pro is 1/200 scale. And the next bigger line besides the MSIA are the 1/144 scale kits. So the MSIA definitely fits somewhere in between. Don't forget, Gundam mecha also come a (fictional) variety for sizes as well and the toys are often to scale with each other. (Gundam V and Crossbone/Silhouette Formula come to mind). Maybe you'll actually find accessories for a smaller mecha in MSIA format to suit your needs.

Thanks btoyz. The Chogokin Gundam. The ones that came out a few years ago, that is now since discontinued. They even had a "GD" designation. So the UC arms set that they sell for the MSiA probably won't work, since the Chogokin Gundam are 1/144. Thanks.
