Here is my first suggestion. The new armor set for the classics ultra magnus has inspired me to want to make a power master classics prime armor. Which inspired a fun draw concept.
Take any regular transformer, and create a powermaster version.
For example, you could take a G1 bumble bee, and create a power master armor out of a Uhaul trailer or something.

I edited the title of the thread to July-August Fun Draw because June has already started, and I think it's good to have enough time for ideas to be thrown in before starting the next Fun-Draw. I hope you don't mind.
You started off with a good idea, you can also coordinate with WingsEyeMD for his own suggestions.

Well done on the last FD. Just to get a clear understanding of the "Powermaster" concept, would it be usually defined just as a support/carrying vehicle that transforms into booster armour and heavier weaponry? Shuttle carriers and trailers mostly then?

Pretty much. If you can come up with any way to have some sort of armor upgrade that transforms back into something else. I think the only thing about powermasters is that the thing that turns into an armor is not another transformer being or character. It has to be a support item.
Just like Prime's trailer. Its just a trailer, but he can turn it into an armor. The easiest method would be a trailer for a vehicle, but I bet some of you can come up with other concepts.

Just throwing in another idea here, how 'bout we include artwork for how the power armor breaks down into it's components from the trailer/additional vehicle mode, aside from the armored robot itself?
Sorta like designing a toy concept. The whole "where does this go, and how will this fit in" bit. So we get two artworks, 1) regular robot / armored, and 2) add on vehicle/trailer and how it breaks down to component parts.
How's that?

Perhaps participation in the FD could be increased by encouraging posting of the different stages of the creative process from early conceptual thumbnails, orthographic projections (optional), through final rendering. Making the most developed posting the final entry for the FD. Doodled some ideas at a doctor's waiting room for a Powermaster Springer with carrier/landing platform  |

Just waiting for some ideas from WingsEyeMD. I only think its fair that he gives some input and maybe suggests his own concept.
I am still going to draw some of my power mast concepts either way for my own sketch book. I just like the idea of some of my favorite bots getting an armor set.
