July-Aug Fun Draw: Power Master Creations

The new armor set for the classics ultra magnus has inspired me to want to make a power master classics prime armor.
Which inspired this months fun draw concept.

For reference, Power Masters and God masters are Transformers that have a transforming cyborg counterpart that connects to them allowing them to also take on additional armor. The Cyborg counterpart can turn into a head, a weapon or some other component to the Power Master form of the transformer.

A popular Power/God Master is Power Master Optimus Prime/ God Ginrai. Here are links for examples.

RULES
The goal of the draw is to take any regular transformer , and create a God/ Power Master version. You will need to create some sort of additional disguise for the parts that will make up their armor. For example, you could take a G1 bumble bee, and create a power master armor out of a Uhaul trailer or something. Then you will need to draw their Power Master cyborg component and them in their Power/ God Master form. Since this is an involved fun draw, drawing their normal robot mode is optional. You can choose from any character in the Transformers Universe.

As always creativity is a big plus. You can use any medium, and it can be colored, or monotone, pencils or pen, water-color or photoshop. You can also include backgrounds, landscapes, battle/action scenes, weapons or no weapons, it's all up to you! You are THE Creator!

This Fun-Draw will run starting today, up until 25-August-2008. Post all of your entries in this thread, or if you have questions about the topic, we'd be happy to help you out!

I finished my vehicle mode weeks ago. I need to work on the robot mode. I have been in a month long cram semester at school, so I have not messed with it much. Finals are next week, so I should try and make a few of these after that.

I had several I wanted to do, but I spent more time doing homework and working on cars than I planned. I will likely just enter my Huffer I did. I did the vehicle mode, but need to draw the robot mode.

I'm still not done, too busy to do any drawings for the past week or so. hopefully when things boil down this week, I can finish my work, and upload it.

Might be stretching the FD parameters a tad, but I have been reading lately about the Maya and some of it seems to influence much of my recent sketches.

Thus, the reasoning would be that Springer was caught in a time warp during a battle over the Guatemalan jungle and ended up crashing in a Mayan city centuries ago. Injured and unable to transform into either of his alternate modes, he was able to rig a perpetual motion engine out of his rotor blades and other transformer debris that were also flung into the past with him to supply him with enough energy to survive. The perpetually whirling blades were fitted to the palanquin provided by the Mayan kings that had welcomed him as one of their deities. With further tinkering and incorporation of salvaged transformer parts, Springer's palanquin could transform into a Sky War chariot with limited flight capabilities and minimal firepower (but impressive enough to keep the enemies of the Maya away). Without a spark of its own, the transforming palanquin/chariot lacked sentience. Though it proved to be more than an adequate alternate energy source and battle station to the time-stranded autobot during his long wait to rejoin his comrades.

I have got to get mine wrapped up soon. I just got a cool new art project offered to me that I got to start focusing on. I have most of the line art. I got to do the arms, and legs then I can color it.

Finally done.

The Autobots got sick of Huffer complaining all the time and be pessimistic about the war, so they retrofitted him with a Powermaster armor and a BFG. Now Huffer's only complaint is there isn't enough Decepticons to smash.

I sketched him in painter, final line art in ai, and colored in Photoshop. I went for the color style of coloring.

I am fine with extending the deadline if people are willing to participate. Can we get a show of hands how many people will work on a submission if we give more time? I'd hate to cut into another fun draw if no one wants to do this one.
