Bandai Power Rangers Turbo ......robot. It is a smaller action figure sized robot in clear.

ha ha ha yeah, I still have mine! There were 3 of them, all slightly different...well actually, there was a translucent green one that was slightly different, and then the translucent red and plain clear ones, which were the same robot just in different colors. The chest in the clear one (pictured) has glow in the dark paint inside it, and the little buttons glow after you turn the lights off.
It has nothing to do with Voltron, of course, and they weren't very "rare," either...just a 6" Power Rangers Zord...plus, his sword is missing. He came with a matching clear sword.
