Hey mixtery, you're close, but check three forums down on the main list, in TinRobots/Takatoku/Bullmark/Clover/Takemi forum. Check the Bullmark thread and you'll find alot of discussion on your green godzilla and others from the Bullmark line. The Takatoku bettle tank may be in some old forum if you search. Takara/Transformers is another forum to search for cassette microchange info.

The pole is a telescoping cockpit area for the dudes driving the thing. There is a missile firing gimmick, as well as a jet, and a tank docking bay. Check out this pick of mine. It's a little more clear when viewed up close. You can just see the little people in there.

The lady bug is by Takatoku. They made a bug series of toys, whimsical and fun Let me know if you sell it. I've been watching it on Japanese auctions and hate toy pay fees and shipping.....

The lady bug is by Takatoku. Isn't that ladybug from Time Bokan? Gentlemen, show some respect. I think your "ladybug" is supposed to be an armadillo. This is most likely the Ladybug from Time Bokan :

When I was testing out the Godzilla missle shooter it shot so hard if deflected off my girlfriends elbow and hit the wall about 10 feet away... she was less than pleased. I can't believe the power of that thing.

jeez louise I wish I just happened to find stuff like this in MY closet!! LOL. Man you are lucky!
I don't know much about the other stuff, but the blue Laserbeak is the earlier '70s Diaclone version of it, and the BLUE is much more rare than the red, gold, or any other color! You should be able to get at least $150 for Laserbeak alone, hell maybe double that! The packaging looks minty. I paid $78 for a LOOSE blue Laserbeak, years ago, so there ya go.

Is "Zinchron Godzilla" the same character as "MechaGodzilla"? From the movie where he has a battle with the real Godzilla and has his skin ripped off revealing that he's a robot? (Recalling a distant childhood memory here!) Just curious if this toy was a direct tie-in to that movie, or just simply a very cool toy.

No - 'Zincron', or 'Zinclon' refers to Bullmarks method of construction for the toys- ie a die cast zinc alloy. The Godzilla in these pictures is considered the regular Godzilla - despite the tank bay, aircraft hangar, telescopic pole and pilots..I suppose he could be a rendition of 'Mechangodzilla in disguise - it would explain his non-organic insides!)
Bullmark did, however, make a Mechagodzilla diecast in this same series. He looks exactly as you would expect - like Mechagodzilla - but with less gimmicks than the regular Godzilla shown here.
