It was a cross between Zentradi and UN Spacey technology, I believe, like the YF-21, though it obviously looks a lot more outlandish.

I think I actually saw a S.H.E. Pheyos valk kit on the bay not long ago. Wasn't that expensive either, but I don't have the time or patience to build resin kits anymore, sadly.

Are these kits rare? I often read fans referring to S.H.E., is this due to the femininity of the design?

S.H.E. stands for the company that makes the model Studio Half Eye.
