well if u ask me , the best grendizer figure to me is the Dai Gokin Grendizer by Marmit but its too expensive because it is huge and die-cast , and the new 12" grendizer is good in term of poseablity but i like the SOC better because you can put it in scale with other robots ,also the black version of it is what can i say , out of this world

Well, I have most, if not all, of the modern Grendizer figures and I must say that the Bandai SOC GX-04S is indeed the best one and the best bang for the money. I have the Marmit Daigokin as well, and it is nice but it lacks in articulation... and it is EXPENSIVE!!!

That's a Marmit FLOSR vinyl figure, it came out some years ago. It has limited articulation but is quite large. But if your looking for the complete Grendizer deal with Spazers and everything I'd get the SOC GX-04S. It will cost you but it is diecast and IMHO the best Grendizer figure yet for what you get (plus it looks good next to other Go Nagai SOC's if you decide to get them), the Marmit Diagokin Grendizer may be the largest diecast figure of Grendizer ever but it's $600+ and is basically just a metal version of the FLOSR. The High Dream 12" figure is nice but it's plastic and there are no Spazers for it. There are quite a few vinyl figures of Grendizer in various sizes but because there vinyl the articulation is limited.

The one in your first post is the SOC GX-04S, although I don't have one I really don't know what edition That one with all those accessories is. Hey, there's no such thing as a "stupid" question around here. So, don't be afraid to ask anything you'd like to know- there's a wealth of info here at RJ, especially from those who've been at this for so long and so intense they'll describe stuff on these web pages while blindfolded. zozo-Magengar That's a Marmit FLOSR vinyl figure, it came out some years ago. Yes, the GX-04S has all the spacers from the show. While the GX-04 only has the red and white one. They use to sell the spacers separately to add to the GX-04, but then the GX-04S came along. Great toy, I have 2 S's and 1 GX-04.

There are several vinyl Grendizer figures. Marmit released two sizes of this Fierce Legend of Super Robot: Yamato also released an articulated Grendizer figure.

Yeah there have been three SOC Grendizer releases. GX-04 with Grendizer, Double Spazer, and Spazer. GX-04X that came with Marine Spazer and Drill Spazer, and GX-04S which is both in one box. I love mine and GX-04/X/S is in my top 5 favorite SOC's. Here's a link to the SOC Time line in the SOC section so you have a better idea of what has been released. robotjapan.proboards12.com/index.cgi?board=SOC&action=display&thread=3079But be warned buying one SOC leads to five which leads to SOC addiction, it's incurable lol.

Or you could just get a GA-37 and forget the rest, but be prepared to pay!

That was my first Gokin, ever! I would mind getting one of those! LOL. But GX-04/S would have more gizmos and articulation. And the OP said: "modern".
