I have been searching online days 'n days for the best Grendizer action figure and best garage kit! For the action figure, I believe I am also adding my voice that the GX 04S is the best UFO Robo Grendizer action figure you can get! The legs are not weak as some people claimed and it's even bigger in size than the Metaltech01 version (soon they will launch 01+ for the Spazer).
Well, to be honest...I know that having the GX-04S is a dream for every Grendizer fan but when $ is the issue, then you have to reconsider! So, I'm more concerned 'bout Grendizer & its Spazer!
Revoltech version is cool with wicked poses but only 12 cm, which I dislike how small it is (the same goes to Revoltech Mazinkaiser, so cool but so small)...
...So, I am thinking also about Metaltech01 Dizer, specially that Metaltech01+ will bring us its Spazer on November 2010 to be compatible with the already released Metaltech01 Dizer. Yet, still the GX-04S bigger in size and I guess looks better!
;D You are right, guys, I think GX-04S is a MUST to the true Dizer fans!
So, is there's any topic about Grendizer garage kits here?

Actually I was very intrigued by the set High Dream put out a few years ago. It was smaller, but had all the Spazers, and I think Grendizer was fairly well articulated. I think he was about the size of a GI Joe.
What I'll Never understand is the combination of Chrome limbs with a Metallic waist on the Grendizer SOC (and many other SOCs which got that same treatment!)... ...Look at the black Grendy SOC: the metallic scheme is all Consistent throughout the limbs and waist; so why didn't Bandai do the same with the anime-colored SOC version? Metallic, or Chrome, doesn't matter- but Jeez, I wish the paint scheme were Consistent. LOL!
Ok, if I had a choice between the HD Grendy and the SOC, I'd go with the SOC; for its damn good sculpt. The HD Grendy looks like his hands and limbs are hangin by the sprues! ;D
Garage kits: Yo, I would Definitely LUV to see a MechaCollection Grendizer model kit, Hands Down!

I have a GA-37 in its box...it is a Grendizer and UFO Spacer...I think this is a good one? (Just opened up my toybox and pulled out all of my old Japanese toys from the early 70's. My uncles bought these for me when I was 6 on my first visit to Japan. I think I only got one more in my 76' visit. I kept about 8 of these robot type toys...only 1 Grendizer though..I traded one away for some baseball cards back in junior high..I am trying to figure out which one I traded. For some reason...even at the age of six I knew these were special. I kept the boxes with these but never did with my American toys.
KumaStyle.com (TJ): Oh definitely. I think that there are a number of times where KOs do it better especially since they come out later and have the opportunity to rectify stuff the officially made mistakes on,

KumaStyle.com (TJ): I don't know how into transformers you are but the NeoArt Toys Beast Muscle Leonidas absolutely destroys the quality of the original PerfectEffect releases and even has an Eva 01 inspired variant. I try to support the original when I can but I'm not

KumaStyle.com (TJ): going to sacrifice quality for the sake of it. I'm with you.

getterjehuty: yeah I agree with you. Quality should be high importance. I actually love FansToys products. and Yes, I do prefer Fanstoys over takara tomy.a bit controversial but I like the die cast and the accuracy of fanstoys.

KumaStyle.com (TJ): It's a fair statement. The MP official line has been a q.c. dice roll for years and I feel like MP-44 was such a big release that no one could avoid that elephant in the room anymore after it turned out to be a mess but I'm glad the community is

getterjehuty: Isn't the Perfec Effect Leonidas have loose joint legs?
May 4, 2020 16:41:22 GMT -5
KumaStyle.com (TJ): at a point where they are vocal about it... and the PerfectEffect Leonidases literally have a loose everything. Even if they're half decent out of the box they seem to just go to heck sitting on a shelf after a bit and unfortunately it's pretty universal.
May 4, 2020 16:42:48 GMT -5
getterjehuty: THis is my opinion but the issues of mp-44 are the knees and the paint. You have to be really careful or the paint will scratch. It is near the abdomen area side.

getterjehuty: I need to ask, KumaStyle. What is your favorite EX Gokin Fewture Robot?
May 4, 2020 16:45:29 GMT -5
KumaStyle.com (TJ): I agree on the issues and those compounded with how incohesive the aesthetic is compared to the third party offerings that came out around the whole time was just.... ugh. Ref EX Gokin: That's a tough call and I honestly don't really think I have a
