I technically have two on the way, but at this point I'm really busy with both work and family and wouldn't have much time to enjoy them anyway, so I'm holding off on having them shipped until a couple other items show up... However, come the end of the first or beginning of the second week in July they will be accompanied by a pair of Tri-Strikers (and the transforming Max/Miriya Valks and maybe classic GR-2)...followed a couple months later by pairs of the other two figures in the wave... I've been waiting for a Tri-Striker for over two years now, I can't believe that I'm only a month from owning two... This wave looks awesome, I love the colors on the basic figures, although I honestly didn't really like them at first and I am worried about the finish in the long term. Still, the muted dark colors on the non chrome parts are just as cool looking, I only wish that they had included the rest of the non-modified "stock" figure in those colors, but oh well. The fact that they kept the Tri-Striker's parts AND the basic figures extra parts silver/gray/black is nice since it ties this wave back to the first wave quite well. Though I'll admit that I was a little disappointed that they were leaving out the tray of weapons, focusing more on unique parts (and including more and varied bits) gives much more flexibility in customizing especially if you already have a decent base of some of the larger parts on hand... I can't wait to see what the bigger and better mix of parts yields from my workshop later this summer...maybe they'll have a better chance against the likes of these guys (I figure it's time to start sharing some of the backlog of creations)...

O-man-o-man-o-man-o-man...I can't wait for these to show up. They should be inbound to me within the next couple days and I suspect that I will have them in hand (hopefully) by next weekend...
Wow, that makes 2 figures this month that will be arriving in the HUGE packaging. Only 1 figure came in this packaging in the last the last year (Raoh and Kukuoh-Go) and now this month alonethere are 2 (well 3 for me) with at least another 1 (Geno-Breaker) in August...
The Assemble Borg site has an updated parts breakdown image. Holy shnikies is this thing gonna be cool!!! I know that they've always shown a clear AB with the promo images but now it's(more-or-less) confirmed that there's a complete figure included as well...

I was trying to wait to have my pictures ready to include with this, and I'm quite sure that I will have more to say about this thing, but I just can't hold it in anymore... Tri-Striker is A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!! In every way, except the price, but even that is understandable once you have it in hand. I was actually able to squeak in some time to crack one of them open last night and slap it together in bike mode... Before I go any further, I was really worried about how good this thing was going to be, mostly because I've wanted one ever since the initial Assemble Borg WonderFest announcement a few years back now, and after wanting something for that long, I was afraid that I had exaggerated how good it would be in my head more than it could ever really deliver in person. I was afraid that after all this time and the higher price point, that I would simply be disappointed with the result in the end... That said, I can, without a doubt, say that this thing has met and exceeded every expectation of greatness that I had for it. Words can not really describe how great this thing is, not just the bike itself (I haven't assembled the Hovercraft or Mecha yet, but I'm sure they will be great) but the parts are fantastic. I really love how this wave of the line has focused on filling in a lot of gaps (in both part design and size) left from the first wave. There are some fantastic larger parts, some great smaller filler/detail parts, and lots of parts inbetween. No, it doesn't "transform", but I honestly never expected that to be the case anyway. The Bike/Hover modes aren't too entriely different, but the robot is a complete disassembly of everything including the figure... Speaking of which, the figure is an awesome little addition. He uses the same body as the originals (the others in the wave use the same core body but they use alternate lower extremities) but in completely clear plastic this time (and yes, despite the fact that he's packaged with the alternate feet, he does come with clear feet). The head is fantastic as well; it's obviously headlight/camera influenced in design, and even comes with it's own detachable clear windscreen... The bike is HUGE and VERY solid. I'm often disappointed when something looks like it's going to be impressive in size, but then turns out to be smaller in person than expected. This is easily as large as I anticipated if not actually a little bigger/heavier when built. Some of the parts, like the front and rear main body shells, are 2-3 times bigger/bulkier/heavier than anything previous aside from the Doom Diver torso which may be about the size of the rear body panels... I was able to snap off a couple pictures last night but o far it's just group boxed shots of what I received in this shipment...so hopefully tonight I will have a little bit of time to take some of the Striker itself. I'll try to get at least a couple images of this thing up sometime before the weekend, but things have been pretty hectic this and the next couple days/nights are already shaping up to be more of the same... As a last little (admittedly non-AB) note, I received my payment request for Blade Liger today...as if I don't already have enough stuff to open for now ...

I just got mine in the mail last night. Yeah, it pretty much rules. I haven't had the opportunity to open it yet, but I hope to do so this weekend along with my Ghost Gunner. I also took advantage of the BBTS sale this past holiday weekend and got Zain. I have...."plans" for him. *evil grin* ;D
So, phoenixx, just wondering, as I've not opened this yet, how many Revo Chip points does this come with anyways?? I know I should just open it, and I WANT to peek inside and look, but if I do that, I'll spoil everything and just start playing with the whole thing and I won't get anything else accomplished. LOL!
Either way, I'm glad to hear someone from the board got some face time with this bad boy and that it's so cool.

how do they expect people to make customs out of the Assemble Borg if they are so expensive most people could only afford one TRISTRIKER

Yeah the do look really nice. It seems to be just parts this time and no included figure. Sort of like Barrels Speeder.
This last wave was cool. Especially the Tri-Striker. Totally recommended.
