Daitarn 3 ????

What is the difference between Push Daitarn , Daitarn Deluxe set and Daitarn Electromotive Giant in term of height , die cast content , playability and rarity?

The Push Daitarn is the smallest of the bunch. Tons of diecast. You remove parts (like the legs) and reattach them to change modes. I don't have it in front of me, but I think its about 5 inches tall.

The Deluxe Set is larger, also with tons of diecast. The legs rotate on this one to change modes. I think this is about 7 inches tall.

Both are highly recommended.

The Electromotive Giant is over 12 inches tall, but all plastic. Its probably not something you would want, based on your collecting preferences.
