The one you posted is Yatta King. Basically a "powered up" version of Yatta Wan. Diecast is about the same as the other Yattaman pieces. body and legs are gokin. Not very rare.

Rare or not, I've always loved this toy. One of m first Japanese toys purchased in 1983. Barrel around the neck opens to reveal a marching band (?!), water cannon on back shoots missiles, mouth opens and ladder pulls out while bell rings.
