Heh, yeah there was a time I had my sights on that Taiwan version too. Til I really understood the differences between it and the authentic one.

One thing cool about the bootleg one though is that it comes with a Wolf Sword for Kenryu. For that reason, I still occasionally get tempted to hit the BIN button. ;D

Aside from the box, is the quality that bad on the Taiwan version? -And the parts, are they that different?

I've never handled one myself either, so I'm not sure how good or bad the quality is. It does look like the arms and legs are a bit different from the authentic one.

I'm in the opposite boat as you guys. I have the Taiwan KO, but never held the original, so I can't really compare them. I haven't handled the Taiwan version too much, but I am very happ with my purchase. Although the feet are all plastic, the torso has good diecast heft. Also, it seems pretty sturdy. If you can find it for a decent price, I would definitely recommend it.
