hmm ,, you mean repaint over the red stains ? well for one its suppose to be painted skin color so its not an easy color for me to find , second its in the face so it will be very visibile if i repaint it with a color not exactly like the one used .. i hoped there was some kind of liquad or something i can do to erase the red color stain and turn it back to the color of the skin

well first you need to find out if anyone else had a similar problem, ill tell you this, if you cant scrap it off then it will almost impossible to get rid of with out damaging the figure. Matching paint will be hard for flesh, unless you were skilled enough to repaint the entire part. i really dont think there is another option that would be safer unfortunately!

I would try a gritty pencil eraser. If it's just a little bit of paint, the eraser should lightly sand it off, and that way you can be careful not to damage anything under it.

I see, but are the faces were painted? Or already molded in flesh color? If not painted, try scraping w/ an x-acto knife, very, very lightly. Or try alcohol on cotton swabs and lightly/ gently wipe it. If painted, it'll be harder, you need an airbrush and paint the face again w/ flesh color to even the color and looks better.
