no blacky was a 12" statue type figure.. this is the action figure line with Grendy, MazingerZ and Great Mazinger.. they are adding a 4th one soon... they will all go together. Its the logical choice of character that is coming next.

By the way, lil' pieces of a fine brand double-sided tape will keep Gin Gin's shield razors on good! As you can see, even with Dizer's powerful crusher punches, they do not fall now! (Damn, I don't wanna just think that Grendizer is punishing me LOL!)

That damn peg in my MT01 Harkken broke last night when I moved my figure.. I took a close look at it and I am almost positive it was "plastic fatigue" from the pose I had him in.. too much weight from the blade, putting too much stress on the plastic pin over time softened the plastic peg and when I moved him it snapped.
I am going to make two holes in the Harkkens and replace the peg with a cut-down metal needle.. that should do the trick.
you guys watch how you pose that MT01... make sure his hand is supporting that pin.. keep the fist in the center of the Harkken if you are going to pose him whit his weapon held high for extended periods.
I am going to suggest to HLpro to make all pins METAL in the future on things like this, especially V2.

I hope the V2 has a metal pin or the staff is made of diecast.

you can forget die cast.. but I expect a metal pin in the next one... its cheap and easy to just make both pieces exactly the same with holes on both sides and just slip a metal pin in there and glue it in one side..
Still.. MT01 was $40 of pure fun and goodness.

yeah he is a lot of fun too.. be careful with the paint around the peg-holes on the saucer where his "trapping poles" plug-in.. if you yank on those poles too hard when youre taking them off you can get tiny chips on the paint around those holes.. not a big deal though, you have to look real close to see he chips if it happens.
now that I think about it, a touch of vegetable oil on the pegs of trapping poles probably would have prevented it..
