Yeah, for the price you paid, I'd want some cash back. The way he said it looks to not be played with, and the photo's provided, I would say misleading at best. I know I'd want pretty much perfection with that price and description. Exactly. I offered to accept a $600 partial refund (which would help me out in buying the mint components off Yahoo Japan Auctions and selling the excess off on Ebay) but that was a no go for him. So filed a claim and left a negative for him. Honestly, I would keep the toy (the box/overlay/styro is in excellent shape and the V1 and V5 vehicles are mint) but the rest was disappointing. -Joe

Well, after some long and drawn out conversations with Paypal, the only way I'm going to see any refund is that I provide a "third party, unbiased opinion" on the item from a "dealer who specializes in the toy". How many of those are in my area? ZERO.
They say this is due to the fact the photos for the item may be "doctored" or "photoshopped". Who's to say he could have sent me a brick for all they know. Plus, they can't even send me an email to my account (I have to call them all the damn time). I give up.
The moral of the story is....don't buy from Italian sellers and don't expect any help whatsoever from Paypal/Ebay.
Maybe I'll sell this off, advertising it the same way Mr. Mattingaz did and see How I fare.
