Cnet is reporting the PS3s came back to life - no patches or downloads required so it must be a server-side fix. I will prefer to wait for the official word from the Playstation Blog before I turn mine on though...

Mine is ok now, the time adjusted itself. All I have to do though is redo Uncharted 2 to get the missing trophies.

Just bought Bioshock 2 for the 360. Still wrapped up. Hoping to open the wrapper for this weekend.
finally got to level 50 on Shadow Complex i still need Minimalist and the Proving Grounds achievements but I can do that as I go thru Bioshock 2 and get back to Half Life 2 episode 2.
I also need to start Mass Effect 2.

Yeap, PS3 came back to life...unfortunately, I lost all my trophies from Dead Space, and some of the ones from Darksiders, just because I upped and panicked, and deleted the saved files fearing they got corrupted.
But I'm still thankful that I didn't open up my PS3 like some of the other poor souls that panicked too.
...but that incident was all pitchforks and torches I tell ya!

When I get a copy of MAG, that's the day I'll start using the PS3 again. That 3 team vs style team death match and over 60 on 60 online fights seems like ton of fun. Don't know why I haven't notice anyone talk about that game on here.

Got Saboteur last Sunday and it's very cool. I only have an hour a day to play (from when I get home until the missus arrives from work) but I'm really enjoying it so far.

I had left my Super Robot Taisen OG (GameBoy Advance) campaign hanging a while ago. I decided to jump back in last weekend and finally finished it.
Now I'm playing the sequel. It looks better, but I really loathe the "no loss allowed" missions where a super-powered mech jumps out of nowhere and destroys the closest victim in one hit, no matter if I try to defend or dodge the attack. Game Over. Even more frustrating when the mission only gives me brand new mechs I haven't even had a chance to customize. I usually manage to win on the second try, but I still hate when they throw that Dragon's Lair trial & error gameplay in my strategy games.
And why do I have to go through the dialogues every time I have to start a mission over? I know, I can speed through them by holding R and A, but why do I have to do this? Come on, Banpresto! I'm not playing that game on VHS, let me skip those scenes and immediately jump back in the game. I understand why they wouldn't allow you to do that the first time, but when I have to replay a mission I wish I had the option to skip the dialogues.
Those minor gripes aside, I still dig these games. Even without licensed mechs. Now, I wish Atlus would adapt the PS2 OGs.
But I find it funny that Atlus chose to name it Super Robot TAISEN in America, when Banpresto itself often calls them Super Robot WARS in the games, in Japan.

Just got Final Fantasy 13 last night and played for a couple hours. So far it's been pretty straight forward and it's almost like your on rails but I guess it's just to show you what's going on and getting the story started. It does have the best graphics I have ever seen in a game by far.

Unfortunately, according to the reviews I've read, it's "on-rail" for most of the game, only giving you more freedom in the last 3 chapters. Despite this, it seems to be great.

Valkyria Chronicles.
I got rid of MW2. It was eating up too much time, and too damn glitchy.

God of War 3 beat it pretty easy though but it is a awesome ride, graphics and levels are incredible and some of the boss battles are epic (poseiden, hades, chronos and hercules) right now i am going to download Mega Man 10 on the playstation network.

Downloaded the MM10 demo and waiting for that one to become available on the 360, cause I have lots of points on my 360 account. Hoping to get some press kits for this MM10 game at Wondercon this year, they should all kinds of t-shirt to promote this. Last year, they had the MM9 Press Kits in the first day and I regret not picking one up, only to see that people were selling these for double what they got them for on ebay. The Press kit has the original style Nintendo paper box, a Nintendo like plastic cartridge and inside this cartridge holds a Soundtrack mini CD and has a instruction manual similar to the old Nintendo game manual. Hoping they will let us sample Super Street Fighter 4 at Wondercon, as if they need any more reason to promote the game.

megaman 10 is cool i think you will like it. my only problem is i beat it real easily however, part 9 is way harder than this game so do not expect a challenge....though there is a hard mode.

The NES game, I finished them easily, 1-6 although 6 seem to be made by nintendo with the permission from Capcom if I remember correctly. I finished them on the GameCube when I got the MM collection game. Need to do so in order to unlock the two extra arcade games. I have also finished 8, but is having a hard time with 7. 7 was made on the SNES and I didn't play that one on the SNES, and didn't really put time into it. The same with Mega Man and Bass game that was re-release on the GBA. That one to me is the hardest I have played. For the longest time, before 9 was made, people always referred to Megaman and Bass as MM9, and MMX as MegaMan 10. Just like with COD World at War, this isn't Call of Duty 5, and Modern Warfare 2 isn't Call of Duty 6. I just hate it when people just call it that. They will make Call of Duty 5, and there will be a Modern Warfare 3. Call of Duty 5 will most likely be about the Vietnam war since they have done the World War 2 era a couple of times now.

Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising expansion came out last week and I'm loving the solo campaign mode. Your mileage may vary (some hardcore Warhammer40k fans hate the storyline featuring the "Blood Ravens" chapter of the Space Marines, but I think it's cool they have the freedom to come up with something original without having to worry about continuity for the more popular chapters that feature in the rest of the WH40k product line).
I will probably play the campaign mode to death and then never touch the multiplayer portion - not a big fan of the way the skirmish modes are set up. I could never get the hang of it... I wish there were some kind of tutorial for the multiplayer skirmishes because after a year on the original game, I still feel like a n00b when I play it.
