Just beat Vanquish last night. Vanquish is awesome 3rd person shooter candy. Started a campaign with Batman: Arkham Asylum. Best Batman game ever. Probably one of the best superhero games I've ever played. An excellent game in general.

Just beat Infinite Space (DS) Sonic 4 (PS3) and Scott Pilgrim (PS3) in the last couple days. All are really good. Pilgrim actually gets much easier as you keep playing, the key is to buy a lot of food to raise your stats - the level ups don't change much except for the new attacks. It gets a lot more fun then, too. I guess Sonic 4 isn't quite what it could be, but it's still a big step in the right direction.
I'm not sure what to play next. Maybe Beyond Good and Evil or Vagrant Story.

I got Splinter Cell Conviction (Xbox360) for $10 (new). Different from the previous SCs, but fun. Maybe it's just my memory playing tricks on me, since it's had been a while since has last played a Splinter Cell game, but I thought Conviction's gameplay felt much more "linear" and "trial-and-error" than the last ones. Great game anyway, just different.
Now, I've finally unwrapped Devil May Cry 4 (Xbox360), which I bought ages ago on sale. Great so far, but I don't know if I'll have the patience to finish it before moving over to Bayonetta, which I got yesterday (on sale, too).

I got a PS3 a few days ago... currently enjoying Bayonetta on my Christmas-gift-to-myself HDTV Love that game. I've just finished it last week. Is the PS3 port as problematic as they say? I had picked up this version from the Wal-Mart bargain bin, thinking the long loading times and frame rate issues had been fixed, but when I read that the fix was only for the loading (by giving you the option to install on the HDD) I took it back and picked the 360 version instead After that one, I'm taking it easy with Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box on the DS and Poker Night at the Inventory on PC. And I hope they won't take two years to bring THAT one over here :

I'm super stoked for the Layton/Wright crossover. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint, because they're both fantastic games series' and I love the idea of combining the two. My experience with Bayonetta on PS3 was positive. Load times didn't seem to be an issue, and there was only one part of the game where I noticed slowdown, in the second to last level, and it was in an area with some slightly-complex platforming so I kind of appreciated the extra precision, hah. Otherwise it was great (I beat it last night, in fact). Now I just have a million things to unlock.... this game seems to have a good idea of my biggest weakness - unlockable costumes <-- hellequin83 on PSN

I was playing Halo:Reach but since I've finished it all I've been doing is just collecting credits to unlock gear and stuff for my character. One big shout out is whatever you do to you character ie. colors, gear, helmet etc. the cgi cut scenes reflect this so it's hilarious when you make your guy all bright pink and you have one of those serious cgi moments and you got a pink Spartan standing there.
I am thinking about picking up Bayonetta but I keep forgetting, I hear it's like Devil May Cry but since i've never played it for the 360 I have no idea if that's good or bad.

have you beat it in co-op yet i was planning on trying legendary, it is easier then you think because you can keep respawning instead of going back to the check point, i have been playing nothing but reach for the same reason as you and also for the achievments as well. i am always looking for people to play along side or against, my gamertag is the same as my user name here if you want to add me, i have a ton of other games i am looking to finish off to.

Forget about taking it easy. I just remembered I had God of War III sitting on a shelf. ZEUUUUUUS!!! By the way, if anyone is using Steam, I'm a few friends short of completing the last of my ten required objectives for their Treasure Hunt promotion. If anyone wants to add me, that would be sweet. Same handle, same avatar. Search for "krimpov", or follow that link : steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198010870449I am thinking about picking up Bayonetta but I keep forgetting, I hear it's like Devil May Cry but since i've never played it for the 360 I have no idea if that's good or bad. It's from the director of the first Devil May Cry (on PS2) and it shows. The fighting system feels like an evolution of DMC's, much improved with more dynamism and fluidity, plus guns on feet. ;D It's also much more to-the-point than Devil May Cry 4, with minimal pauses between the fights or platforming elements. Everything seems to be there for a reason, to add to the gameplay, unlike DMC4 which forced miles of walking around on you for no apparent reasons other than artificially stretching the length of the game. Bayonetta doesn't bore you, ever.

As of today my new game addiction is for "Game Dev Story." It's a stupid little mobile game in the style of Sims-type set up where you boss around a bunch of IT people and churn out video game products. It's available on both Android and iOS (there's an iPhone demo, but not demo for Android so I had to take a chance; but it's on sale right now so I only paid 300yen).

So, what's new in Xbox 360 world?
Any avi clips from their games?
That's what I like most about console game disks: the little movies. Example: those old Mazinger super-robot war games with the fancy life-like intro videos.
I dunno, just thought I'd peek in here and say Hi. ;D

Only have the PS3 right now. Would love to rock a 360 at some point due to the awesome Cave ports out (Deathsmiles)
ATM, I'm playing DC Universe Online Beta for PS3. It's f'n dope.
Not sure what all I can say actually due to the NDA, but I will say that combat is awesome and the controls are really intuitive. Really looking forward to this.
I think this'll be quite popular. Maybe not a WoW killer, but so far I've had a lot more fun with this that WoW.
Overall, I think I'm glad I preordered this.

I just finished playing Ghost Trick: Phantom Detective for DS today, and holy @#(%*^, the final twists and ending blew my mind out of the back of my skull.
Anyone who has a DS needs to play this game. It's amazing. Absolutely amazing.
