Kinda quiet this round...I guess it's a busy time of year for everyone.
My votes went out to Tetsujun28 and Gurren Lagann. Out of all my Revoltech figures, T28 just has so much personality and shelf presence. There's just a irresistible charm about the old guy. Plus, I think he's the only Revo with articulated hands...or maybe not. I guess you could count Getter 2's claw...
Gurren Lagann is so wonderful he doesn't really need explanation. The slightly exaggerated proportions really give the figure life. Even though he may not be as accurate to the show as the Impact Model versions, Yamaguchi totally succeeds in capturing the feel of the show with the dynamic sculpting.
Anyway, that's my two cents.

I went with the Patlabor designs, Brocken & Movie Version 1.
Movie Version 1 is the Patlabor to own, with all the extra accessories. Brocken just looks cool. I don't know much about GL and T28 is a bit too cute for my tastes... however, having read what Cyrano has to say about it, I may pick it up down the road.

i have to agree about Tetsujin. I liked it so much i bought the monochrome ver too hehe.
GL is the only one with divided accesory gimmick. From guessing where the final wing will come is frustratingly exciting to its many rendetions of exclusive kaiyodo has bestowed upon this figure. It sure is a Robot to beat.
Im sure everyone could hear kaminas shouting his dialouge at the back of their mind whenever this figure is being posed..or maybe its just the caffein overdose..
it's probably the coffee..

broken and gl for me.
love the broken sculpt and beefy character. Great design and posebility, not many accessories but he doesnt really need any anyway!

Out of all I have seen I would have to say the Revoltech GL is one of the best looking GL toys period. W/o it I could have never pierced the heavens with my drill.

The next 10 might be harder. Aren't we still waiting on some of them? We're good through the next ten, 60 was Enki. After that, though, we only have five left, excluding Enkidudu and Black Gainer/Yan/Dark Overman/whatever he's actually called. I guess poll seven will be five choices and one vote. Hmm, I wonder if TTGL will get all the votes in that round...Protect Gear will probably get a few. |

What sucks is the further we get in the series the less of us had actually held them in our hands. My Enki has been on back order for 3 months as well as my TTGL. Seeing the figures first hand effects my votes.

Yeah, the later figures have been kind of hard to get a hold of. I was lucky enough to get them from HLJ before they were gone. If you can find them, I highly recommend both TTGL and Enki. TTGL in particular is one of my all time favorites in the Revoltech line, and that's saying a lot considering the scope of my Revo addiction. I'm looking forward to Enkidu, but he's been in SAL limbo for some three weeks...hopefully soon!
