I thought I'd share a handful of images of some of the anime, TV, and video game characters I've made with the SCIV character creator. Once again, I apologize for the image quality...I really need to invest in a proper camera. I hope you guys get a kick out of them, I had fun making them.

I'd really like to see what other people have made, if you've got any images! Also, I could definitely use some constructive criticism...I'm afraid some of them are a little poor.

*Edit/Update* Images are back up, sorry about that. I've added reference photos for the characters too, and also replaced a few of the images with "clearer" shots. The in-game lighting can be pretty annoying sometimes... >_>

Lenneth for the win.

I liked the idea of the char. creator in SC3, but the fact that my savegames got erased by glitches not once, but twice, kept me from playing with it, or even touching it ever again for that matter. Perhaps someday I'll get IV

Thats pretty cool ! but I think you went a little wrong with cloud's hair ..Try making more FF charecters ^_^ or chars with swords like guts ,griffith ,haohmaru or even raiden and ninja ! that would be superb

SC IV's character creation is a blast, I spend more time on it than doing online play.

Character Creation on SCIV, probably one of the best features of this game.

The Physique and Masculinity really helps "fill out" your custom characters.

Yeah, Cloud's hair definitely isn't "right." I dunno, Cloud needs spiky hair, and that's the best I could come up with. Maybe I'll try a more Crisis Core -ish look for the hair. Also, he's got that red scarf, which is playing off the KH look... there isn't a turtleneck in the character creator, and it really needed something there...

The FF characters in general are kinda tricky, since the have such stylized designs. Still, I would like to have more of them in the roster...I'll see what I can come up with this weekend. I'd really like to make Vincent, but there's nothing like his cape/muffler in the options (plus, no guns).

I actually don't know Guts, Griffith, or Haohmaru... I wouldn't mind giving it a try though. Do you have some images of them? Raiden and Ninja/Grey Fox are probably do-able...Ninja's face in particular might be a little tricky though.

Be warned though, I'm really not a very good fighter. Like Otaru Ikari, I spend way more time making characters than fighting

I second that ..FF charecters are probably the most stylized designs out there but thats what makes them cool, actually ive thought abt this thread since the other time and i think VAMPIRE HUNTER D would be super cool since he has sword and all heck i feel like buying this game just to make him hehe ..Guts and griffith r from an anime called BERSERK one of my fav. and Haohmaru is from the snk fighting game samurai spirit ..but you shouldnt be making them if you dont know them cuz it wont be fun I just thought you might know them , my ps3 id is adiru182 but i dont have this game yet only mgs4 so if i got it i will let u know ^^

That's all for now. I built Zidane off a female body for the clothes, but it still looks a little odd. Ninja's mask really bothers me too, but I couldn't figure out a way to get the "eye" on it. Squall is a little forced, but it gets the idea across. Gurren Lagann looks really medieval, and not really that GL-ish, but I guess it's still kinda cool.
